When Dorian Howards arrived at the police station, Kyle Kinston's lawyer had already completed the paperwork for him.
Dorian stepped forward and said, "What's going on with you, speeding and ending up at the police station?"
Kyle glanced at him, "How did you know?"
"I know someone who happens to work at this station, they saw you being brought in and notified me," Dorian said. "Did something happen between you and Mabel?" Such irritation and gloom on his friend's face was something he seldom saw.
Kyle tiredly rubbed his temples, "I want her to get rid of the child, but she refuses."
Dorian was shocked, though he had anticipated it—during their conversation the previous night at the hospital entrance, he had already guessed this possibility.
