"Violet, are you still not done washing?"
Seeing that Violet Zimmerman was taking her time to come out, Daxton Lancaster stood up and walked over. Only then did Violet slowly emerge from the washroom, leaning against the door frame, looking at Daxton, "Daxton, I..."
It seemed Daxton knew what Violet was frustrated about; he smiled, grabbed her wrist, and led her to the dressing table, seating her in the chair, and said with a smile.
"We are husband and wife."
"You're not disgusted with me?" Violet lifted her face, looking at the man who was propping up her shoulder.
"Disgusted with what? I, Daxton Lancaster, married such a beautiful wife, it's a blessing from my past life!" The man's phoenix eyes were smiling, his expression gentle.
Violet's heart felt as sweet as if it were flowing with honey. She grabbed Daxton's wrist with her hand and leaned her head against his arm.
Daxton looked down at the woman acting coy on his hand, "Violet, I brought you a pair of earrings."
