Naoki woke up from his bed and stretches a little bit, he then opened his curtains breathing in the fresh air.
"Ah, A new day time to go to school." Naoki said

"Nice work James." The green haired teacher said
"Thank you Ms.Beatrice" James said
"Now for the announcement, next week there will be a test for what you have learned for the last month,but unlike other test this will be a practical one not a written test so make sure you will be ready."Beatrice announced

The students at the room were all grumbling at the test some are not confident on their skills some are just very nervous.
"Oh god this is gonna be so annoying." Angela annoyingly said
While they are all grumbling someone from the room yelled at them.
"Shut your traps you worthless nobles! If you can't do the test just drop out! I've seen commoners do better than any of you worms here!" Miguel yelled across the room
The students chattered about his ego but Miguel didn't pay attention to it.

"Who does he think he is" a student murmured
"Yeah I know right."
Just besides him a purple haired boy talked to him and calmed him down.
"Um Miguel I think you should apologize to them." A purple spiky haired boy said
"I won't apologize on saying the truth Brick!" Miguel said
"*Sigh* this is gonna be a long week" Brick muttered
*RIIIING*
*Crack* A boulder was shattered by a teacher with his bare hands
"Alright we've been learning Mana Enhancement for a week now, I'm sure Ms.Beatrice already said to you guys about the Practical Test next week. I just want to say that I wish you all good luck on the test."The brown haired teacher said
"For today's lesson I will hold a few sparring match and I will choose using a raffle box."
"Oh no I hope sir Jack won't draw us."
The students were scared from being drawn from the raffle box for they might face a strong classmate
"First Fighter Miguel Avarice." Jack said
"We're screwed....." The students said in unison
The students were all gloomy and Jack began to draw his next student to fight
"Alright second fighter Shin Naoki." Jack
The students gasps at this one because they will now witness the fight between the weakest student vs the strongest student from their class.
"Both of you come up to the platform." Jack said
The students gathered even though they knew Miguel will win they still want to see this match

Miguel picked up a wooden sword from the table with many different types of wooden weapon
"Pick your weapon worm.." Miguel said
"I won't pick one it's not my style."
"*Hmph* your arrogance will be your downfall."
'wow him of all the people talks about being arrogant' the students thought
Jack come up from the platform as the referee for this sparring match
"Fighters ready? Fight!!" Jack yelled
*Whoosh*
Both immediately Vanished from their positions their Insignia glowing giving them immense power.

Both clashes at the same time creating an impact between the field.

Naoki released a barrage of punches towards Miguel, but Miguel easily parried all of them.
"Come on is this really all you got...." Miguel coldly said
"Wow Miguel is really different when he's fighting." One of the student mentioned
"Yeah different from his arrogant and ruthless attitude, when he's battling he looks calm and composed." One of the student said
"Don't forget his Family Insignia {Avarice}." Brick added
Miguel's Family Insignia {Avarice} that is a variant Insignia from the {Path Of Bravery},only a few noble families have a Variant Insignia that can be pass down.He can quickly perceives where his opponent going to attack like a gold line aimed at his body and uses this advantage to dodge,parry or predict his enemies.
Miguel then used the momentum from one of Naoki's punches and repelled it towards him

He swung his sword like a water flowing the river,then used magic from his sword to hit Naoki.

Naoki after getting hit immediately retaliate with another attack to hit Miguel.

Miguel quickly use his mana to reinforce the wooden sword to block the attack. But he was still knock back from the force
'hmph I have to give it to him he is quite strong..'Miguel thought
'no worries I just have to go for the offensive now.....'
Miguel dash forward and closes the distance between him and Naoki.
Naoki continuously threw a barrage of punches at Miguel while he keeps parrying it.

Miguel uses this opportunity to parry his attacks and land a counter-attack

Miguel slash his wooden sword on Naoki like splitting a river and knocking him to the ground.
"I told you that arrogance of yours will be your downfall."
Miguel turned his back and was about to leave when Naoki roses up again and throw another punch

Miguel Startled at this immediately turned around and tried to stop this attack

Miguel using the tip of his sword and manage to block Naoki's Attack

A wave of water comes out from his sword and threw Naoki across the wall making a crater

Naoki was knocked out of conscious

Jack immediately goes toward Naoki to check if his okay and called Angela for help.
"Angela healing now!" Jack yelled to Angela
"Yes sir!"Angela said and rush toward Naoki
Angela quickly heals Naoki after taking a serious blow from Miguel. Meanwhile Miguel was shock from that sudden attack from Naoki,when Brick come up to him and asked if his okay.
"Miguel are you okay dude?" Brick asked
*Huff* * huff* 'What was that? The look on his eyes and that power ...' Miguel's hand began to shake as he clutches his wooden sword.
Jack called in one of his students to help Angela and take Naoki to the infirmary.
"Alright now that's been taken care off let's continue to our next fighters." Jack said
The Sparring Match still continued even after someone was injured Jack knew he still needs to teach the students and give them battle experience for their future.
*Meanwhile at The Infirmary*
*Gasp* "where am I?" Naoki woke up after getting hit by Miguel
"You're at the infirmary two of your classmate brought you here" the black haired nurse said
"This is the 2nd time you came in here with a serious injury your lucky that was a wooden sword not a real one." the nurse said to him
The nurse continued to scold Naoki and his reckless behavior meanwhile Naoki just keep apologizing to the nurse
"I'm sorry miss I will try not to do it again."Naoki said
"*Sigh* Well it's time for your next class so go on your good to go." The nurse said
Naoki got out from the infirmary and walked through his next class.
'I need to get stronger every fight I ever did I always leaves with terrible injuries. Maybe I can ask Fannar and Elvin for some tips.'
'I also need to train for the duel they said that depending on my duel I might ranked up for my performance,Though it's a bit strange.'
Naoki remembered something when he asked Fannar about the ranking system in the guild.

"Oh the ranking? Well it's very hard to rank up even when you're Rank F it's hard to rank up to Rank E. Some even took a year to rank up there."

"If what he said was true just how strong was the Elder Ent while using it's full power for them to rank up that fast" Naoki muttered
"Whatever I just have to try harder than ever if I ever want to rank up as an adventurer." Naoki proudly said to himself
*Meanwhile at the guild*
"We've confirmed it ma'am that was no ordinary Elder Ent it seems to have been corrupted by someone or something.." Elvin said
"And the fact that a swarm of Ents have manage to get pass by the school's detection zone is enough evidence that someone powerful and is within the school caused it. It might even be one of the {Disaster Class}." Fannar added
"I'll keep that in mind I'll send some adventurers to monitor the activity inside the school's campus but for now I'm glad both of you finally agreed to be promoted." The Vice Guild Leader said
"Well we gotta look strong to our future junior won't we?" Elvin
