Her voice was low, but the tone in her voice was determined.
"May I leave your side for a while?"
Reinhardt laughed softly.
"Of course. There is no need to be so anxious. You are free to do what you need to do."
He glanced toward the battlefield below.
"I would like to help you, but I cannot leave this position yet."
Having received his approval, Karina nodded.
"Yes, Master."
The darkness beneath Reinhardt began to gather. Just before she departed, he added, "Remember to fight within the Sanctum. Their goal is probably our camp."
"I understand."
The next instant, Karina disappeared. Reinhardt's shadow visibly lightened as the presence concealed within it vanished. He watched the shadow flicker through the surroundings stealthily before quickly disappearing out of his sight.
"Perhaps after this, the knot in her heart will finally disappear."
