Suga's laughter rang out so brightly that Zion stopped for a moment just to look at him, a quiet smile spreading across his face as he watched the happiness written all over Suga's expression.
It seemed almost unbelievable that not long ago, even the simplest activities had left Suga struggling, that he had become so particular about what he could eat because of his condition, and that throughout his pregnancy, he had barely been able to run the way he used to. Now he was here, laughing freely and splashing through the water as though he had finally been given all that freedom back. Looking at him like this, Zion felt something warm settle deep in his chest.
This was the Suga he remembered from before the pregnancy— lively, carefree, and full of that familiar energy Zion had missed more than he realized. Seeing him like this again, he could not help but feel that everything had finally fallen back into place.
