When Suga woke up, he was surprised to find himself feeling completely refreshed. He immediately got out of bed, only to realize that Zion was no longer beside him. Zion always woke up early, and whenever the weather was nice, he would go for a morning run, something he did almost every day.
So when Suga stepped out of the bedroom and glanced downstairs, he assumed Zion was still outside and hurried down the stairs. But before he could go any farther, the smell of something being fried reached his nose, making him turn toward the kitchen, where he found Zion standing by the stove.
"How did you know I was awake and immediately warm up some food for me?"
Suga joked, thinking it could have simply been a coincidence.
Zion only smiled, looking him up and down as though checking to make sure he was all right. Once he seemed satisfied, he turned his attention back to the stove, whisking the eggs before pouring them into the pan.
"Suga, it's almost lunchtime."
"Huh? Really?"
