"Are you alright Wolf!? What happened?" said Raqm'El.
Wolf stood up rubbing his eyelids.
"It was only a glimpse, but it was beautiful." Wolf said as looked at Raqm'El.
"Oh my goddess, your eyes, they look blind." said Raqm'El.
"Ah yes I can't see a thing now. But that's okay." said Wolf.
"Why?" said Raqm'El.
"Isn't that bad for you." asked Reon.
"No, it was an exchange, my eyes for a glimpse." smiled Wolf.
"A glimpse of what?" asked Reon.
"A cornucopia." said Wolf with a smile.
Reon and Raqm looked at each other confused for a moment.
"What do you want to do now Reon? If you have no prior plans I'd like for you to stay on the island for a time and learn to properly hone your internal energy." said Wolf as he wrapped some fabric around his eyes to blindfold himself.
Reon was surprised by this offer.
"I'll accept your offer, but I still must learn from Raqm'El." he said.
Wolf shook his head.
"Alright then, I assume you're going to teach him your combat techniques, Raqm?. " Wolf asked.
"Yes, well, I'm teaching him the Raise Body Heat technique. Once he has become adept with it, his training will be complete."
"Good, after that, the best thing I have to offer would be my knowledge on Magic, Spiritual Power, and Medicine." said Wolf.
"Wait, can you also train me to use magic?" Reon asked amazed.
"Of course, Reon. Although I'm called a Spirit Doctor, what I truly am is a spiritual alchemist." Wolf explained.
"A spiritual alchemist!" said Reon.
"Yes, well, people from Daimo usually awaken to mana around your age, most people only awaken one affinity but I was able to awaken two affinities, one as an alchemist and one as a spirit whisperer." said Wolf.
"So you are from Daimo, and that's how you became a mystic." Reon
surmised.
"Exactly."
"How about you Master El? I have noticed that you speak with a unique accent."
"Oh me? I am from Alacazar. A desert nation to the south west." Raqm'El explained.
"The south west? But isn't Akram the western most nation of Ornam?" asked Reon.
"Of course, but don't forget the other continents, Reon. This world is large." said Raqm'El. "Alecazar is in Decor."
"I see, you are right." said Reon
"And where are you from, Reon?" asked Raqm'El.
"I am from a small island called Valt, out in the sea." Reon responded.
"Valt? Valt? Ah, yes, Valt. I do believe, yes I do remember hearing of that island. I believe it was home to a rare type of fruit right?" said Wolf.
"Ah, yes, the island trades fruit with foreign nations." said Reon.

Reon took the rest of the day as rest, taking a room in Wolf's red mansion. Wolf suggested this in order to let his body and mind to adjust to his new sense of his internal energy.
"The abitilty to sense your own Internal Energy or Qi Control like a sense is an amazing ability to have, and the ability to freely control it is even more amazing." Reon said feeling incredible. He honestly could not wait to know what his new limit was.
"I've finally crossed a major threshold that was holding me back. Now I can properly refine my energy the way Grandfather taught me.
"When you gain the ability to sense your own energy and can sense Kinshi, you can use your energy to control Kinshi."
Reon sat in a meditative position, in his minds eye he could sense energy flowing through him from head to toe. Honing it into the center of his chest, and using Kinshi Sense at the same time, his internal energy molded into a ball of light in his chest.
Reon had successfully manifested his own energy core. With this he could draw higher levels of energy in his body and control it much more naturally.
Just then a thought arose within Reon's mind.
"This method of creating an energy core was almost identical to how powered creatures created mana stones within their own bodies. but where they use mana, I'm using my own internal energy. But what if I use both."
Just as he said this he used Kinshi to sense the mana in the atmosphere once more. After a few moments he could see the white light of pure mana.
And just as he would uses his mindscape to see his old opponents in the past, he was now using it to see something else.
A memory he would not have been able to draw on if not for his new found energetic capabilities enhancing his mental power.
He remebered the moment when he consumed the horned sap badgers mana stone, gaining it power over stones and earth. He remebered when mana stormed into him.
And slowly but surely the mana surrounding him in the room, began to go towards him. He controlled the same way he did with his own energy. Condensing the pure white mana into his own energy core!
The mana continously drew into Reon's energy core, morphing and combining with his own internal energy, until they were indistinquishable from each other, while ubeknownst to Reons closed eyes, electricity sparkeled across the room, as he slowly began to levitate in the air.
"Time to complete the refinement." said Reon.
Reon spent hours slowly drawing this new refined power to every bone, every musle, and every other part of his body until it was settled and he could have it completely encapsulating himself.
When the process was over Reon was drenched in sweat. He stood up and looked at himself in the mirror and he was almost unrecognizable, his muscles had grown, and he grew a few inches in height. His hair even grew a few inches, almost reaching his shoulders.
Rather than seeming like he just turned 15, he looked like he just turned 17.
"This is insane! My power! I had already felt much more powerful after unlocking my energy, but now I feel like I'm two levels ahead of that!" said Reon.
"Is this because I refined mana into my own internal energy stream using Kinshi?" thought Reon.
"I want to try something." though Reon walking outside.
He found some grass and put his hand to the floor and just like before, he felt a certain connection to the earth. He tried to control it but even though there was a connection, he couldn't make the ground obey him naturally.
But once he tried while infusing mana and kinshi into the intention to bend the ground he saw a small stone rise from the ground.
"I can bend stones again the power has returned! It's not much now but it's a start!" said Reon.
"I knew there was no way I magically lost that power, it must have been blocked off like how my energy was.
"I don't know why I was cursed but the curse is lifted and my power is completely unblocked now. I can become a Warrior Mage just like the Inferno siblings, and continue to develop my Kinshi Power, with all of that I can become as powerful as Grandpa one day!" thought Reon.
This excited Reon, but he felt drained at the moment so he soon fell asleep.
In the morning Raqm'El woke Reon up so they could begin their training. Outside on Redekai was truly a world of Red. It was rare to see any other color there, only darker shades of red that looked brown and lighter shades of red that were light pink.
"First you need to get used to controlling your own energy. When you first rise in the morning is one of the times your energy will be at its highest since your body and mind are rested, so it is a good time to train your awareness of how energy feels." explained Raqm.
"Similar to how your body becomes more athletic through combat training, your energy becomes stronger through practice."
"Normally those going through a life and death experience become capable of harnessing greater energy to enhance their probability of survival, but not always." said Raqm'El
"Most importantly though, controlling your energy is a skill, and having greater amounts of energy will grant you greater raw power, but don't confuse power for technique. Training to improve yourself will serve you more than just relying on your raw power." he said.
"Yes master, I understand." said Reon.
Reon thought to himself, "This is important, so I'll use just Kinshi Sense to gain a better grasp of everything Master El shows me."
As he activated his Kinshi Sense Raqm'El started to charge his energy through his body.
Reon could clearly see a stream of fluid light spreading from Raqm'El's core to every part of his body.
"You can't see this but right now I'm carrying my energy to all parts of my body." said Raqm'El before he jumped up 5 meters in the air.
"Wow!" said Reon.
Reon immediately began to copy what Raqm'El did. The energy which originated in his energy core spread slowly through his body, his muscles felt lighter but more powerful, his eyes saw clearer, he heard more aswell.
Reon slightly bent his knees getting ready to jump.
"This makes you stronger, faster, and makes your senses stronger. This is what the majority of warriors who can use energy do to raise their combat power, but it takes a while to reach that level of proficiency." Raqm El explained.
Just then Reon also took a leap.
"First you must practice individually moving your energy through each par-"
"WHAT!?" Raqm'El cut himself off, seeing Reon also jump 5 meters in the air, just as high as he did.
Once Reon landed, he looked excited clenching his fist.
"Alright, I did it!" said Reon. "It's no leaping up a tall mountain but that was the highest I've ever jumped before!"
"How Reon? How did you know how to do that? I thought you have never practiced with controlling your energy, are you a natural?" Raqm questioned.
"I'm just good at copying techniques." Reon replied.
"You are a natural if you can do what I can do just by watching me." Raqm'El smiled.
"This is incredible, truly incredible."
