A slash was avoided by Shukaku, followed up by an attempted stab. Hidan was not successful in that regard.
"Hidan of the akatsuki. Didn't think that you're still alive after what Shikamaru did to you."
"The brat got lucky."
The fight rages on as each combatants gave their all to get an upper hand. Shukaku jumped up and unleashed a huge wind jutsu. Hidan saw this and immediately used an earth style: dome jutsu to protect himself.
Hidan's Point of View
He's proficient use of air style and earth style jutsus is starting to be a pain in the ass. To think that this one is far weaker than the two tails, I have really lucked out on that victory, have I?
"You can't hurt me, Hidan. I know of your curse technique. A strange jutsu that requires the opponents blood to activate. Too bad for you, I am entirely made up of chakra. You will never defeat me, Hidan!"
Damn it. He had a point. My curse jutsu is useless since bijuu's don't have blood. Guess I'll stick to ninjutsu then. Good thing I know his current weakness. I jumped out of the dome. Once outside, I saw him rapidly charging towards me. Alright then punk. Let's try this one.
"Water Style: Super Tsunami!"
A huge tidal wave emerged from the forest. The unfortunate bijuu faction members were swep away by the flood. Fortunately, the ninja dogs were able to expect the attack so they were away from affected area.
Shukaku jumped uphigh to avoid the incoming tsunami and used chakra on his legs to stand on the water. I emerged from the deep within. My scythe ready to slice him in half but my attack was blocked by his tail.
"I'm impressed. To be able to launch an attack with that much chakra. It's almost as high as a bijuu such as myself." Shukaku started.
"Oh really? Not really that much impressive since it's just a simple Water Style jutsu." I replied.
"True, however from the Intel I've gathered about you. It seems you have never displayed any other jutsu except those you unleashed since being freed from your grave."
"Talk is cheap, one tail."
"Oh? But not one from a bijuu such as myself I assure you. You have no idea how much I'm holding back right now. I am freed from the seal! From the shackles of the jinchurikii. I have been roaming this land for 10 years since my freedom. My strenght, all of my power had return. Now, I'm stronger than I have ever been. Let me show you."
The one tail now opened his mouth and slowly, a few black particles are forming out of thin air and merging together to form a black ball.
Wait, I know that technique. It was the same as the Two Tails. Shit! I have to think fast!
"This is a little gift from me, trash. Consider it as a welcome home gesture and... a farewell."
No other choice then...
"Bijuu Damma!!"
General Point of View
Shukaku unleashed a terrifying beam of pure red energy. It went exactly into Hidan's location that soon resulted a massive explosion that can be seen for miles. The fighting from the surrounding momentarily stopped as they watch the gigantic spectacle.
"Incredible."
"So this is Lord Shukaku's power."
A lone man can be seen above the explosion, his hat now discarded as he spread his arms in the air and started to laugh. Shukaku, the one tail bijuu had a big smile on his face as the explosion went on and on. Seeming like it was only getting bigger and bigger.
"Ahahahaha! Do you see now! This is merely a finger tip of my power. All of you akatsuki scum have no idea how lucky you were since we were once sealed by those worthless human sacrifices. But now, I am free and so is the rest. Did you really think that a mere curse jutsu and a water style can stop me?"
The explosion soon died out, revealing an incredibly wounded Hidan. His entire body is littered with wounds that could have killed any normal person. Fortunately for him, his body is already healing at a rapid rate. He looked at Shukaku with a furious gaze as he held his scythe tight.
Shukaku saw this and only grinned further.
"Ahahaha! Good! Good! Go on! Repair yourself. I'll wait. And once you're done, I will personally make you experience what true hell looks like. Never forget, Matatabi is not the only one you rats had crossed. One of your buddies killed my former jinchuriki. This may sound hypocrite but that boy means a lot to me and since that yellow haired brat is already dead, I will collect your blood in his stead instead."
Hidan let out a groan as the last broken bones in his body is healed.
"You done yet?! I don't give a rat's ass about your little sob story. All I care about right now, is to gut you up and sacrifice you to Lord Jashin! I will make your death slow and painful."
"Ahahaha! Now that's the spirit! Bring it on! Show me what you got!"
And on cue, their battle continued. Hidan swings his scythe but was blocked by a Shukaku's tail. Hidan took a step back but Shukaku already anticipated this and delivered a punch that straight up rip off Hidan's jaw. The grievous injury soon healed itself like nothing but Hidan couldn't help a wince from the unbearable pain of the attack.
"Shit. That hurt like hell!"
"And there is still more to come!"
Shukaku gave Hidan a barrage of punches that the akatsuki member desperately tried to avoid. He outmanuvered a high kick and delivered an elbow that connected to Shukaku's face. The bijuu was momentarily stunned before getting sliced in the torso by Hidan. However, there were no wounds as the weapon only bounced off from his body like thin air. Hidan narrowed his eyes as he looked at Shukaku's undamaged torso.
"Do you see it now? I told you, Hidan. Your attacks don't work on me. My body is entirely made up of chakra. Now to finish you off."
Hidan was suddenly hit with a punch that pierced through his torso. Hidan vomited a mouthful of blood but he still tried to swing his scythe to Shukaku's face. The blade pierced through his face as the Two blade of the scythe went through the other side of Shukaku's face.
"A feeble attempt but as I said before..."
Shukaku started charging up his tailed beast bomb at Hidan point blank. He held Hidan's shoulders to prevent him from escaping.
"It's over."
The tailed was fired once again but this time...to Hidan's body at a point blank range. The explosion that occurred soon towered the former explosion that revealed a large crater on the ground.
