Izumi POV.
I kicked Chisaki's chin once more hoping to knock her out fast enough so she couldn't activate her quirk. I could feel her jaw crack under the force of my foot, and the next instant, Chisaki was gone and reforming beside me, trying to touch me with her hands.
I turned my body and sliced off her hand once more. Annoying—this fight was annoying, there were no other words to describe it—and terribly frustrating. I couldn't do anything to stop Chisaki directly; even with my speed several times greater, I still wasn't fast enough to cut off both arms at the same time.
The tiny fraction of a second between the two attacks was more than enough time for Chisaki to react.
The only thing I could think of was killing Rabbit Escape to take advantage of the clones and overwhelm her even more than she already was. But killing Rabbit would mean the jackalopes the heroes and police were using above me would disappear, and besides, I'd have to take her away from Eri. I could feel her in my shadows, clinging to Rabbit and Dog as if her life depended on it.
I sighed, turned, and dodged Chisaki's attack before ordering Agito to move. We both reached Chisaki at the same time. Agito came from behind, enveloped in violet lightning and moving swiftly. She opened her mouth and bit Chisaki's wrist hard; at the same time, my swords sliced Chisaki's wrist.
Agito bit harder and lightning flashed through Chisaki's body. I took the opportunity to try and cut off her other arm while Chisaki was slightly paralyzed. I could see her fingers trembling as he tried to touch them again.
I lowered my swords, but the moment they began to slice through Chisaki's wrist, she crossed her trembling fingers. She literally crossed her fingers. I stared in disbelief as Chisaki erupted in blood again.
Seriously!? That worked!? She just crossed her damn fingers! The tip of her middle finger lightly touched the top of her index finger, and that was enough to activate her quirk. That annoying little bastard, daughter of a-
I looked around as the monsters lunged at us once more. Tch. I clicked my tongue as I kicked away the monster that had gotten close enough. I let Agito attack the next one and knock them all away.
This Agito fusion was fast and terrifyingly strong, attacking primarily by charging while enveloped in lightning. It would run swiftly in a straight line, colliding with and striking one monster before moving on to the next, repeating the process, moving from one to another and bouncing off with incredible speed.
His hands and jaw would tear apart the monsters' arms or legs to incapacitate them, all while keeping them away from Chisaki and me as we fought in the middle of the room.
It was truly a shame that there wasn't a quick way to get rid of the monsters; if only Conqueror's Haki would work against them.
Monsters had no souls, that was a well-known fact, they had no aura and no soul, for that reason, the aura of people was extremely effective and lethal against them, we were the antithesis of them.
Monsters were closer to biological drones; they barely had anything resembling an ego, they were mainly pure instincts, instincts to kill all living beings they encountered, nothing more.
Conqueror's Haki, the means to impose one's will on others in order to dominate them, worked even on animals, but against the dungeon monsters? It was useless. You couldn't impose your will on something that didn't even have an ego or a will of their own.
It would only work against really intelligent and powerful monsters, but those are S-rank monsters, and you couldn't really intimidate them, so it was still completely useless.
And unfortunately, it didn't work against these fused monsters either. Even if I could impose my will on their human side, their monster side was still the dominant one, so they would continue attacking relentlessly.
"Why don't you just give up, Miyamura? You must realize by now that your attempt to defeat me is completely futile." Chisaki said with a sneer. "Give me back Eri, and let's finish this." Chisaki growled, and I snorted heavily.
"Completely futile? I can see your aura slowly diminishing. Even if you can restore your body to its maximum health, you're slowing down the more aura you lose; it's only a matter of time. But more importantly, your decision to speak out means you don't want the other heroes to arrive."
"Are you feeling cornered, Chisaki?" I teased her, Chisaki just frowned.
"Don't call me by that name." Chisaki growled, and I scoffed.
"What's wrong, Chisaki? Having mommy issues? Did she ignore you and you decided to throw a tantrum?" I teased her mercilessly. Chisaki growled and ran towards me. "Huh? Did I hit the mark? What a lack of filial piety, Chisaki! Besides throwing a tantrum, you attacked your mother and left her in a coma just to take control, how pathetic is that for a yakuza, Chisaki" I laughed out loud as I dodged her attack.
"Shut up!" Chisaki growled. I scoffed.
"Why? We're having such a nice conversation over here." I mocked as I cut off one of her arms. Chisaki growled before using her quirk to regenerate.
"You're sick! Everyone is!" Chisaki growled as she attacked me again, and I dodged. "Because of quirks, people like you, heroes, dare to dream! To dream that you can be someone important when you're just sick in the head!!" Chisaki said maniacally.
"Ha! Are you calling me sick, you damned hypocrite!? What about you?! You can only do all this thanks to your Quirk! Thanks to your power you were able to dream and accomplish everything you've done so far, all the horrible and atrocious things you've done! You're a damn hypocrite!"
"And not only that! You're terribly wrong! Dream!? What dream?! I don't need to dream, Chisaki, I will be someone important! The world will know who I am, and that's a damn fact! " I said with a huge, arrogant grin. "And if I have to keep cutting down hypocritical idiots like you to achieve that, well, that's part of the job." I let out a laugh.
"Damn it!" Chisaki growled furiously as she lunged at me once more. It seemed she was losing patience, and she was. Chisaki finally seemed to tire of our stalemate, so I slammed my foot into the ground. The ground crumbled instantly. I twisted my body to avoid the newly created spikes around me before freezing in mid-air to see what Chisaki had done.
The spikes beneath me were a distraction; I had destroyed the ground around the incapacitated monsters and created pillars with the ground around them. Dozens of monsters were pushed out, all in the direction of Chisaki.
And to my horror, that wasn't all; her quirk extended to the walls, where huge doors opened, creating paths and long corridors where I could see in the distance some stairs leading to the top of the facility. Dozens of completely healthy monsters began to run towards the doors as they crowded and pushed, trying to get out.
My eyes widened as I thought quickly. I forced Agito to move swiftly while I kicked the air with force and shot towards Chisaki. I spun my swords and slashed hard with the blunt ends to push the monsters away from Chisaki while Agito tried to stop them from leaving the room.
But it wasn't enough, one of the monsters reached Chisaki's hands, the monster exploded in blood to my surprise, Chisaki didn't try to touch a second monster, in fact, she separated them in two.
The monster on one side, and the human on the other, Chisaki didn't even hesitate to touch the human once more, exploding her in blood as she herself also exploded.
Daughter of-
I gritted my teeth as I watched Chisaki reappear, fully fused. I could feel her aura suddenly intensify; her fused appearance was just as I expected. Chisaki's entire body was visible, but from her back sprouted two distorted, large, and menacing arms.
"I won't let my plan be ruined by you and a bunch of heroes... I'm in a bad mood... I can feel this stranger's blood moving through my veins, but... feeling the blood rushing to my head... is a little better, I guess, I don't care so much anymore."
"Now... give Eri back to me." Chisaki growled hoarsely while glaring at me.
"You'll need more than just getting uglier." I said dryly, moving my swords quickly. I launched a haki-infused slash at the doors Chisaki had created by collapsing the corridor to prevent them from escaping. I grimaced as I felt several dozen of them already enter the corridor and begin to quickly ascend the stairs, but I quickly ignored it. The others will have to deal with them.
I dodged Chisaki's attack before launching myself at her once more to return the attack.

Visha POV.
The narrow corridors made it difficult for our group to move quickly. Once the order had been given by Eraser Head, Visha, Jinx, and I immediately went down to headquarters and descended as fast as we could.
Fortunately, with our improved speed and no obstacles in between, we were able to quickly reach the main group of the raid.
Eraser Head, Lemillion, Deku, Sir Nighteye, Rock Lock, Sun Eater, and a police officer. The rest of the group was busy escorting the incapacitated Shie Hassaikai members out of the facility.
Once we reached the main group, no one said anything; we simply joined them and started moving in that direction. Then we began to hear loud noises. The first ones were like explosions that shook the place, and then they were like footsteps, as if a crowd were running toward us.
"Wait." Sir Nighteye said, stopping in a large room we had arrived in. We all looked down the long corridor where the noise was coming from, watching tensely and getting ready.
"H-h-Hilfe b-bitte!""A-aiu-to!""D-dói m-mui-to!""T-ta-su-ke-te!""P-po-mo-cy!""A-a-ju-da!""S-sos s-s'il-v-vous-plaît!""H-h-hel-p!""D-due-le!""p-por f-favor!""A-aide-m-moi!"
We all stopped in our tracks as cries for help echoed through the rooms, cries that drew closer at the same time as heavy footsteps.
Then we finally saw it. Twisted creatures straight out of a nightmare. Monsters that were half human and half monster, fused and contorted in the most vile way imaginable. Hands and legs at the wrong angles, lengths, quantities, and positions; twisted skin covered in bumps or fur that moved aimlessly. Twisted bodies that resembled monsters more than humans, and human heads or faces in places where they shouldn't be, mouths agape, screaming for help and in pain, eyes glazed, empty, yet filled with bloody tears.
I almost wanted to throw up. Was that… was that what Overhaul had done? What was Izumi fighting down there now? The sight was horrifying.
"Eraser Head!" Sir Nighteye shouted solemnly.
"I already tried! My quirk doesn't work on them!" "Or at least not the part where they're monsters!" Eraser Head shouted tensely.
"Damn it! Get ready to disable them! No lethal moves! " Sir Nigheye shouted as he pulled several of the seals from between his fingers and threw them at the enemies.
"This is horrible, this is horrible, this is horrible, we're in a horror movie, we're all going to be eaten by them," Sun Eater said fatalistically.
"Sun Eater! Stay focused! These people need our help!" Lemillion shouted before sinking into the ground and appearing in the middle of the monsters. Deku bounced off the walls and began attacking them head-on.
Jinx and I stopped momentarily, but Tanya went ahead.
"Their arms and legs! Disable them! Izumi's rabbits will be able to heal them later!" Tanya shouted as she flew toward the monsters with her sword-like weapon. Eraser Head was next; he drew his daggers and began attacking them without hesitation, landing precise blows on their arms and legs.
Jinx and I finally joined the fray. There were so many of them, so many of them, all crammed together, and more kept arriving. Luckily, the room was spacious enough to fight comfortably.
What was most unsettling was that the monsters were strong, at least B-rank, just as Izumi had said. A single blow from one of them shattered a nearby wall with such ease that it made me shudder slightly. Their speed was also considerable; if I hadn't trained with Izumi for months, that speed would have overwhelmed my old self. And despite my constant cries of pain and pleas for help, they didn't stop for anything. Even when injured, they continued attacking with the same fury.
But the worst part is that they could still use their human quirks to attack us.
That alone made my stomach churn even more, but I didn't stop. They had to be stopped, prevented from moving so I could help them. I spun in the air to avoid one of their attacks, which easily pierced the nearby wall. I was about to attack when Tanya appeared beside me, elegantly spun through the air, and her sword sliced off the monster's arm.
Then she continued flying and turning with such skill that it was truly elegant. I suppressed the urge to gaze dreamily at Tanya; it really was almost an art how she could fly with her modified hoverboard, but this wasn't the time for that. Then I gripped my sword firmly and launched myself forward with determination, following Tanya without hesitation.
Tanya adapted to my presence immediately; we both began to move in unison, attacking and repelling attacks from the monsters, circling them, cutting or disabling their limbs to prevent them from moving before moving on to the next one.
Lemillion and Deku practically appeared and disappeared, attacking anyone with incredible speed. They moved across the battlefield with terrifying ease, their powerful blows destabilizing the monsters. Sun Eater and Sir Nighteye seized the opportunity to attack.
The first one changed shape; her hands became crab claws, and she attacked the monsters or immobilized them by transforming into enormous tentacles. And Sir Nighteye kept launching his seals with such force and precision that he broke or dislocated the monsters' limbs, preventing them from moving.
Eraser Head was a different beast, he moved like a damn shadow, he slipped and moved between the small gaps and slithered with his daggers to attack the joints and cut them with ease, small quick cuts that prevented the monsters from moving.
The monsters kept coming, but we didn't stop. We had to get to Izumi. Finally, we started hearing various noises and tremors, as if the walls were being destroyed, and we tensed up, only for a nearby wall to collapse and reveal Mirko.
