Everyone cried with joy as the prosthetic arm was a match with Scarlett, she hugged Idris tightly crying for minutes, even Kauri was smiling at that moment. But it was all gone, once the princess asked them all to get ready for the procedure, only Anushna and Kauri knew as it was told by the king.
Anushna asked Scarlett to lift her hand forward and close her eyes. Then asked Livia to place her hands on Scarlett's eyes so even if she wanted she won't be able to see. And then asked Idris to hold her tightly and so even if she wants she must not move either her hand or her body. And when everyone was ready she held the prosthetic and signalled to Kauri, his hands were shaking, then he took out his sword and using it to cut a very small layer from the stump blood started gushing out.
Seeing this Idris and Livia panicked, Idris was on Kauri, he charged on him. Anushna tried to stop him but she was to late, he punched him hard. Grabbing him by the collars,"why the hell, did you do that!!!?", he screamed,"you ungrateful son of a-!!".
"Wait Idris!!!", shouted Anushna. And when he looked that was when he saw, the hand was properly placed, everything was fine.
"It was important, there should be an injury to be replaced by the hand. That was why i asked him to do so", she explained," didn't you see how his arms were shaking, he did it for you all!!. Only he could do it so precisely, without hurting here."
Listening to this, Kauri got both half-ass apology and thank you, but he was alright. He understood why Idris, acted like that. And he was just happy for Scarlett. Infact he was quite fond of the bond that the girls and Idris shared, unfortunately he had never been in same condition as them, being part of the family. But maybe in the future.
