Idris sat in his room, Livia stood in front thinking while on the other end Scarlett was trying out her new hand, it was wierd but she was getting used to it. It was like wierd new toy for her, but a toy that was now part of her body. On the other hand, there was some tension in the air unbeknownst to her. And so Livia started the conversation.
"I didn't hear the demon, say anything about the elite demon wanting to absorb the orb", she said.
"Is that so", he answered uninterested in making the conversation, he was lost in his mind between the thoughts of Anushna and Kauri. Will his mission of being a hero that can save the world from the demon lord even be possible.
"Just say that the demon said so, and i will believe you", added Livia worried about all the new information she just got to know.
"There is nothing for you to worry about, i will make sure we all make out of it better than ever before", he answered placing a fake smile.
"If you say so", she answered. Her face showed how much she desliked that answer, for now she could not even believe what he was saying was true or not. But she knew Idris, he was a good person for her. And even though it may be true or maybe not but she will follow him for what it takes, he was the only person important for her. Has been since she was just eleven years of age and now it has been eight years and he is still the same charming man, who will protect her whenever it is needed. And she will make sure whatever he wants he gets it, even if it maybe be another girl.
At the same time Idris was thinking what Livia thought he was thinking. He was lost in the thoughts of Anushna, Kauri and Power. Power to rule the whole world, so no one will ever be able to stand against him. no one be ever able to touch him again, and for that he will have to take possession of all lot of thinks. With enough make-up even the false prophet will become like the original. For that he needed Anushna, the Soul Orb and as many sacred treasures as he can carry and even Kauri was needed. But these days Kauri is seen tailing around the princess, what if he had not got the same strength that was always needed. He was the escape goat of the party, the one ready to take up the hits so that others are fine. But will he still want to do that job? Wouldn't he want to take Idris's place as the leader, these thoughts went on in Idris's mind. After all after getting his magic unlocked he may even be stronger than Idris and that is with hi not properly training with his magic. And now all the ladies and all the people around are always praising him for every little thing even more than they do Idris. Which hurt him a bit. But what else he can do but just plan for the future.
"I will need your help", he said alerting both the ladies," in order to get Anushna."
With that the night went, both Anushna and Idris were unable to sleep but for completely different reasons while Scarlett, Livia and Kauri were too tired to be awake for more than ten minutes.
