George, sensing that he had accumulated sufficient energy, slowly opened his eyes. He began the ritual to advance to Sequence 0: The Twilight Giant.
With a low shout, his body expanded rapidly. In the blink of an eye, he transformed into a terrifying giant, a thousand meters tall. Surrounding him, an aura of decay, collapse, and extinction radiated outward, causing even the void itself to twist and warp.

After defeating Majin Buu, and with George's help, Goku had also gained the ability to transform into the Super Saiyan 4 state, just like Vegeta. However, when he planned to continue training to further himself, he had been given a harsh scolding by Chi-Chi.

Since gaining Super Saiyan 4, his strength had once again surpassed Vegeta's, and he found himself without any opponents to fight.
