At the war room in the Fairy Tail Guild
"I guess it's time to bring those kids home," Gildarts muttered with a smile as he saw the signals found within the Blue Pegasus radar built years ago.
"Are you ready to meet the kids now?" Cornelia asked with a wide smile and a few drops of tears at the corners of her eyes.
"Meet the kids?" Gildarts raised an eyebrow and then raised his fist. "I'm going to bash that bastard's head in first," he said with a wild grin.
At the council's meeting room, where the four Gods of Ishgar used to convene,
Wolfram looked at the empty seat with a bit of distaste.
"Seeing that seat of the traitor is making me more and more mad. Why the hell is it still there?" he growled with anger.
"Now, now, my friend. The chair has been there way before Serena was chosen as a God of Ishgar. Don't blame it for the person it served last," the vampire said while swirling his glass of milk. "And don't forget, he's currently in the dungeons suffering for the crimes he tried to commit against our continent."
Because of the warnings given to them by Karna, the three Gods of Ishgar had already zeroed in on God Serena. Seeing that he was going to purchase more Dragon Slayer Lacrimas, they decided to use their connections to stop the sales in the middle and keep them away from the hands of Serena.
Desperate to gain more power before leaving Ishgar, Serena made some choices that revealed his connection to Alvarez. This, in turn, started a battle between him and the three Gods of Ishgar. The battle was intense, and even without a total of eight Dragon Slayer Lacrimas, God Serena was still strong enough not to be underestimated, and they had a hard time fighting him while making sure no innocents ended up in harm's way during the battle.
When it seemed like God Serena was about to lose, Serena decided to run away. But right at that moment, he was ambushed by both Jura as well as Gildarts, both of whom had already been called by Warrod, who expected something similar to happen.
With a timely strike, all of them piled on Serena and managed to subdue him completely.
After arresting him, the council stripped him of the already implanted Lacrima within his body and sentenced him to prison for the rest of his days.
Wolfram grunted as he reminisced about the battle. He then turned to Warrod.
"What about you? Isn't it time for all those brats of your guild to return from the island? It has been seven years, hasn't it?" he asked, to which Warrod smiled in return and took out a modern-looking phone made out of Lacrima.
The phone seemed to have the same designs as those on Earth in the twenty-first century, but at the same time, it was transparent and seemed to be made of Lacrima screen alone.
"I already got a message from the guild's group chat. Blue Pegasus's sensors already picked up a signal, and Fairy Tail members have already departed to meet them," he replied without joking like he normally does.
Wolfram scowled slightly while looking at the phone.
"That infernal creation. All that is required is a Lacrima that can connect with other Lacrima. That can give complete communication. I can't believe that boy designed such an accursed device with so many features that distract the citizens of the kingdom so much," he grumbled, which earned laughs from the other two.
After Karna had returned from the MHA world, he had contacted Warren and had given him a few designs and ideas of modern phones. In canon, Warren was supposed to create handheld communication Lacrimas by researching his telepathy magic. And this time, with the knowledge Karna gave him, he managed to recreate the modern phone.
At the time, in a library hidden from the world,
Hades put back another book as he read the information on his phone Lacrima.
"It's time for the greatest Fairy to return. I wonder if the world is ready to face him once more," he muttered as he looked at the background of his phone, which contained a picture of the founders of Fairy Tail.
"Your child is going to change the world, my dear Mavis. And I'm sure you will be watching over him as he accomplishes it," he muttered with a small smile.
At the inside of Tenrou,
"Oh come on, what do you mean your training is over? I just woke up," Mavis complained loudly minutes after she had woken up from her sleep.
The damage done to her by Ankhseram was severe, because of which she had gone into a sort of hibernation state after expending her remaining energy casting the new and improved Fairy Sphere spell.
And just after she woke up, she found out that the members had been training for an entire year while she was asleep.
"This is not fair…" Mavis pouted with a few tears in her eyes.
Cana chuckled and hugged her from behind.
"Don't worry about it, big sis. We can still have so much fun when we return to the mainland. And don't forget, you are the only person who can open the sphere and free us from the timestream," Cana said, which consoled Mavis a little bit.
"Alright, but after we escape, I need the full story about the adventures you had on the island. I want to have a girls' night like we once had," Mavis whined like a child, but still that condition was accepted by the girls, who also wanted to rest and have some fun after their continuous training for one year.
At the same time, outside at the former location of Tenrou Island,
"Warren, can you sense anything?" Bisca asked as she carefully made sure that her daughter did not fall off the side of the ship.
"No luck, but there are traces of an increase in magical signals in the area. It's completely different from the lack of signals seven years ago."
"That's awesome!" Romeo shouted as he looked ahead with hopeful eyes.
A/N - Hope you like it.
