After a bit of discussion, things started to get clear.
"I see, so it happened to you, too." Hajime nodded in understanding.
Oscar and others were too got dragged into this place by that strange fog followed by a storm.
"You as well?" Oscar's eyes narrowed, understanding something. "Two different groups of strong people suddenly summoned to the same place under the same circumstances. This is definitely not a coincidence; someone definitely wanted us here."
While thinking, Oscar's eyes landed on Tohru, noticing her outfit. [A dragonman in a maid outfit looks fantastic. Although the main outfit isn't traditional, it surprisingly suits her and enhances her charm.] He inwardly was delighted.
Hajime agreed, but inwardly he was also thinking of something else.
[So, they are real.] Pondering about it, Hajime then realised something. [Wait, if those three are here, then does this mean…she too…no.]
"From heaven to earth~, and all the people on it, behold~"
"..."
Boom!
Hajime didn't even finish her thought when a familiarly annoying voice interrupted, and something crashed nearby, kicking up a dust cloud that startled Hajime and the others.
"That voice. Don't tell me." Hajime tightened his grip on his guns, while Yue's eyes grew cold.
"Hey, Yue, Hajime, is that who I think it is? It's not a dream, is it?" Shea exuded an ominous aura.
In a dramatic measure, the dust cleared up as a petite blond girl posed dramatically, "Astonishingly beautiful genius sorceress Miledi has arrived."
With a victory sign, she winked~
"..."
"..."
"..."
"Hey, hey, Oscar, Meiru, Naiz. Why are you guys having fun without me?"
DOPANn!!
A bullet immediately shot past Miledi's hair, singeing a few of her hair strands. "Huh?"
Miledi didn't even have the chance to process what happened, as Hajime Yue and Shea's aura filled with malicious intent flared just at the sight of her.
"Eh?"
The sudden attack and the hostile aura from the three left Oscar and the others dumbfounded.
"Miledi! Die!!" Shea, with a shriek, jumped in, swinging her hammer.
Miledi shook off her shock and quickly dodged.
BOOM!
The pavement where the Drucken strike collapsed.
"Wwwwhhaaaaatttt?!!!" Miledi's face paled seeing the crater. If she were to be hit by that, she was a goner for sure.
DOPANn!!
Hajime didn't even speak and just continued to fire, his eyes full of anger and annoyance.

"HEY! HAYY! WHATT DIDD I DO!!" Miledi immediately used her magic and dodged frantically as her life depended on it.
"HEY! SAY SOMETHING!"
"..."
Hajime did not respond, looking at her with a stony face. "Tsk."
DOPANn!!
BOOM!
Shea swung Drucken like she was on a mission to purge scum. "You will pay for what you did to me!"
"EHH?!! WHAAATTT DID I DOOO!?"
"Ice Spikes! Die Miledi!" Yue launched over twenty Ice spikes, her voice colder than ice.
Miledi zipped around the attacks, a few of them getting too close for her comfort. For the life of her, she couldn't remember what she'd done to them that would earn her this much resentment.
"HAAYYY!! HEYY! STOP! STOP! STOP THAT!!"
[What the heck did I do to them?! Am I forgetting something?]
"HEWLP ME! OSCARRR!! NAIIZS!! MERUU!!"
Shizuku and others looked at the scene and were confused. They had never seen Hajime, Yue and Shea so resentful of anyone at any point till now.
Oscar, Naize and Meiru, seeing the scene, finally decide to interrupt.
Oscar went behind Hajime and tried to stop Hajime from shooting her. "Wait, calm down!"
"Let go, Oscar! You don't know how much we have been played by her! I can't move on without blowing a few holes in her. I will be satisfied with twenty at the very least!" Each of Hajime's words was filled with grudging resentment.
"I understand Miledi did something to you, that's why you're so angry. But right now, you need to calm down!" Oscar struggled and was barely able to hold back Hajime.
Meiru used her water magic to cage Shea in a water dome, trapping her inside, "Alright, bunny girl, calm down. We all agree that Miledi is super annoying…"
Before she could continue, she was cut off…
"Say that after you have been splashed with strange, slimy liquid over and over! How many times do you think I had gone through it all because of her amusement?!! This grudge of mine must not go UNPUNISHEEEDDD!!"
Boom!
Shea swung Drucken downward, destroying the pavement, creating an aftershock, and blasting the water cage away. "Don't get in my way!"
Meiru was surprised to see such strength from a rabbit man. She didn't know that rabbit men could be this strong. "What did you do to them, Miledi?"
Wanting to stop Yue, Naize uses his Spatial magic to create spatial cuffs to bind her hands and feet and hold her in the air.
"Now stay there, please. I agree with you three that Miledi is extremely annoying, but I cannot let you harm her," he said in a calm tone.
Yue, floating in the air, looked Naize dead in the eyes. "Do you think these spatial cuffs can stop me?"
Naize noticed the spatial cuffs were slowly disappearing, and his control over the space they enclosed had been taken over. What the? But that's spatial magic. How do you have that? Who are you?"
"Miledi must die. There will be no mercy for her."
Hajime, Yue and Shea stride to Miledi like resentful spirits who came out of hell to drag her down.
"Eek!?
Miledi flinched back, seeing their resentful eyes. She understood there was no escape here; if she ran, they would still come after her, and she would be digging her grave deeper. So, there was only one choice.
She immediately prostrated herself before them.
"I AM SO VERY SORRYY! Even though I have no idea what you're talking about."
"Huh? Are you saying you don't remember?" Hajime growled at her.
"I seriously don't know what you three are talking about. I don't even remember ever meeting you."
"You are saying you don't remember flushing us down into that large toilet." Hajime punctuated each word with resentment.
"What?!" Miledi gasped in surprise. She then senses that even her companions, Oscar, Naize, and Meiru, are staring at her with suspicion.
"I really have never done this with anyone before, that's slander," she shook her head frantically.
"Huh? The hell do you mean…" Hajime stared her down.
"Should I bash your head a few times to make you remember?" Shea threatened.
"Or should I make you an ice statue? If that helps," Yue said expressionlessly.

While the commotion raged on, Myu glanced around and realised Rihito was nowhere to be seen.
"Mama? Where is Papa?" she asked softly.
Remia shook her head, worry flickering in her eyes. "That I don't know. I haven't seen him since we arrived."
Myu frowned, unease settling in her chest. [This is bad.] Her gaze shifted to Tohru.
"Big sister Tohru, where did Papa go?"
Tohru pointed toward the looming castle. "He said he went to check something."
Tohru's attention then shifted to the commotion. She was about to join in to fulfil Rihito's request, but stopped at the last moment, noticing Myu walking towards them.
"Enough!" Myu shouted, stepping between Miledi and Hajime, Yue and Shea.
"Big brother, big sisters, this is not the time for arguing." She crossed her arms firmly.
"Kyu," Levy chirped in agreement.
"But Myu…" Hajime began, only to be silenced by her resolute stare.
"No. Bad."
Her unwavering eyes forced them to relent.
"Ah… yes, we apologise," the three said in unison.
"Oh my god, is she an angel sent from heaven to save me?" Miledi muttered, stunned by the child's authority.
Myu turned to her, gaze sharp. "You must be big sister Miledi. Papa mentioned you."
"Yes," Miledi straightened, trying to regain composure.
"Papa said you are the most annoying person in the world. Please behave. You're older than me—you shouldn't act like children."
The child's rebuking words struck her like an arrow, piercing through her chest. Miledi stumbled back as if wounded.
"Impressive, she is really something, isn't she?" Oscar praised.
"Yeah, she is cute too, like an angel. She reminds me of Diene," Meiru looked at her proudly like she was her own sister.
"I hope I can also do that," Naize looked at Myu, awed by her social skills and the fact that she brought Miledi to her knees with words alone.
Right then, suddenly, from the castle at the center, a shudder ran through the city.
"What was that?" Everyone started to wonder.
[Hurry, my child. It started to make its move.] The warning echoed in Myu's mind.
"Huh? But Papa is not here?" Myu was a bit confused. Didn't the whale ask her to find Papa?
[Hurry, my child.]
"What should I do?" she asked back to the whale's voice.
[Let me borrow your body for a bit.]
"Will it help?"
[Yes.]
"How should I do that?"
[Just relax your body and approach the man with one eye and the man with glasses.]
"Myu, who are you talking with?" Hajime's eyes narrowed. Others, too, noticed it, her talking to herself.
"It's the mister whale I told you about. Mister whale, he is saying he wants big brother Hajime and big brother Oscur's help."
"What?"
BOOOM!!
From the castle, suddenly a beam of light reached the sky, illuminating the ruined kingdom.
"What is that?" Miledi, Oscar, Naize and Meiru gasped.
Tohru noticed the magical signature of Rihito from it, "That's the master's attack."
Shizuku, Shea, and Remia's eyes widened, "Rihito is in that castle?! We have to go there now!"
Then Hajime felt the magical signature of his friend contacting him with
[Oi, where…] Hajime began, but his voice was cut off by Shea, Shizuku, Remia, and Tohru, who overlapped him with their voices.
[Master, do you need my help? Should I come?] Tohru was the first one to speak, asking if she should get to him.
[Rihito, where are you? Why are you not here?] Shizuku's tone was anxious yet relieved.
[Rihito, what's going on?] Shea pressed.
[Are you alright?] Remia asked, her worry palpable.
Their combined telepathic voice rattled him a bit. [Calmdown, calmdown, let me answer, will ya?]
[First, no Tohru, you stay there and protect them if things get out of control.]
[Shizu, I am currently in the castle in front of the innermost chamber. For some reason, an army of monsters is protecting this chamber. So, I was kinda busy.]
[Shea, that's what I am trying to find out.]
[Don't worry, Remia, I will be back after seeing what's here.]
Rihito answered their questions one by one. He then addressed Hajime, who had been interrupted by others.
[Hajime, I am kinda looking into something. So, hold on for a while, I am sure you can handle things.]
Hearing his easy-going tone, Hajime sighed, [You always run off alone, making trouble for me.]
[It's because you are here to pick up the slack. Or how else can I do this?] His voice was filled with confidence and trust.
[Fine, take your time.] Hajime snorted, his tone promising pain to their enemies.
[By the way, what the hell is going on here?]
[That's, well…I have a guess. I am guessing you have met up with the liberators, yes?]
Hajime's gaze went to meet with Oscar and others. [Yeah?]
[If they are real, which I am about 85% sure they are, things are complicated. You should ask Myu, particularly the one who whispers to her.] Rihito's voice grew colder at the end.
[What?!] Hajime immediately used his demon eye and saw an almost invisible, cloudy something attached to Myu.
[It's fine for now. Just keep an eye on her.]
[Are you sure?] Hajime asked, remembering the time when a spirit tried to control Kaori.
[Don't worry, I have my ways if it tries anything.]
[Myu?]
Hearing him address her, Myu wanted to talk to him too. but…
[Concentrate, my child. There is not much time.] The whale's voice urged.
[It's ok, Myu, I know you are doing your best. Do what you think is right. If anything goes wrong, I am here.] Rihito reassured her.
"Un," Myu nodded happily, knowing her papa was watching over her.
Then Rihito's tone shifted, sharp and threatening, directed at the whale. [Whale, was it? Because you are weakened and can't maintain your existence, for now, I am allowing you to sudo-possess her and only that. Try anything more…]
Rihito didn't say more because of Myu, but the message was clear.
An oppressive silence fell on the whale. The whale understood the message.
[Don't worry, Papa, Mister Whale is a good guy. He won't hurt me.]
[If you say so. But my words still stand.]
With that, the telepathy was cut.
Rumble!
Rumble!
Crack!
Crack!
The whole ruined kingdom began to tremble as new cracks formed in the pavement, causing several buildings to collapse into debris.
"This kingdom is collapsing!" Oscar warned.
"There's no time," Myu said, her voice trembling with urgency.
"Kaori, barrier, now!" Hajime commanded.
"On it!" Kaori raised her staff, invoking Sanctuary, the highest-ranking barrier. A radiant dome enveloped them, shimmering with mana fueling Light Magic. The other girls quickly poured their magic into it, reinforcing the shield against the falling debris.
"Let's add ours," Miledi ordered.
"Understood." Naize and Miledi layered two additional barriers atop Kaori's, while Meiru joined the others, weaving her magic into the protective dome.
Within the safety of the barrier, Myu closed her eyes and surrendered herself to the whale's presence. A soft, translucent glow enveloped her small frame, pure and ethereal.
Remia gasped, clutching her chest. "Myu…!"
"It's okay, Mama." Myu's voice had shifted—calm, mature, carrying a strange authority. Her gaze locked onto Hajime and Oscar.
"Give me your hands."
