Taking the now drowsy Lyra from me, Lady Kio hummed softly as she cradled her pup against her chest, staring warmly down at the girl only to have her indulgent smile stiffen when Lyra poked her chest and babbled something.
"I have to admit I thought she would be there for longer. Aren't they supposed to be... ravenous..?"
My question drew her attention back over to my exposed tit, causing me to blush faintly as I hastily fixed my dress so that I was no longer indecent and so that I could also be free from most of her ire, though Lyra was doing me no favors as the little pup babbled again and reached for me.
Stifling a laugh, Mother looked at me with amusement dancing in her eyes as she answered "Because we typically have so many pups all at once, our bodies have adapted to that fact rather nicely. Your milk is nutrient dense compared to most races, and the amount that comes out... I'm sure you've noticed that it is quite abundant as well, no?"
