Kazutake Yagami stood near the entrance, glancing down at his wristwatch.

He checked the time again.

"…He should be here by now," he muttered under his breath.

Then—

A taxi pulled up in front of the building.

Yagami immediately straightened.

He quickly stepped forward as the door opened, recognizing who was inside.

Without hesitation, he opened the door and bowed slightly.

"Good day to you, Sensei."

Asahi stepped out of the taxi, adjusting his sleeve.

"Yo. Good day to you as well, Kazutake-san."

He returned the gesture with a small nod.

Then he glanced around.

"Where's Rentarou-san?"

"He's in the office," Yagami replied. "We'll head there first before going to the meeting."

Asahi nodded.

"Okay.

{Editor Department Office}

The atmosphere inside was busy, yet controlled.

Stacks of manuscripts lined the desks.

Phones rang occasionally.

Editors moved back and forth, focused on their work.

Yagami led the way through the office

"Weeb-sensei has arrived," he announced.

A few heads turned at the entrance where Yagami

Whispers followed quietly—

"That's him…?"

"Wow, He looks younger than I expected…"

Asahi look around bow at them with slightly wave at them some want to ask some authograph.

He had already gotten used to that kind of reaction.

Yagami stopped in front of a desk.

"Rentarou-san, he's here."

Rentarou looked up from his documents and adjusted his glasses.

"…You're here, Kid."

Asahi gave a small nod.

"Yeah."

Rentarou stood, gathering a folder from his desk.

"Good. We don't have much time."

He walked toward them, his tone calm but firm.

"The representatives are already waiting."

Yagami straightened immediately.

"Y-Yes!"

In the Conference room outside

"What's with all these people?!" Asahi peeking at the outside of the door in conference room

Several people were already seated.

Representative of different animation companies.

Rentarou nodded.

"Of course. You're not choosing just anyone."

He adjusted his glasses again.

"Remember—Kid, You will not sign any contract anyone. Ms. Mayo will handle the contracts and final approvals as your guardian. Your role today is to listen, observe their presentation, and decide which studio you trust with your work."

"…Got it." Asahi nodded with solemn expression

"Let's go." Rentarou smile slightly at Asahi turned toward the door.

*Click.*

The door opened.

And the moment they stepped inside—

Every conversation stopped.

All eyes turned toward them.

Toward him.

A man near the center of the table frowned slightly.

"You're five minutes late, Its been a while Rentarou-san."

The tone wasn't aggressive—

But it carried weight.

Rentarou gave a small bow.

"Its been a while too, Aizawa-san, My apologies. There were slight delays on the way here."

The three went to sit in the middle

"…So?"

His eyes scanned behind Rentarou only a child and some young in suit began to thought the youngman is the one.

"Is he Weeb-sensei?" Quickly came infront to Yagami offer his business card while introduce himself. "Its nice to meet you, Sensei. I heard a lot about your works."

"..." Yagami was startle in awkward situation giving him a business card instead Asahi.

While Asahi looking at situation couldnt help was amuse inwardly imagining if everyone know who he is.

"He is not Weeb-Sensei, he is my junior." Rentarou corrected him.

"Eh?"

Rentarou straightened his posture and cleared his throat.

"Everyone, please allow me to formally introduce the author you've all come to meet today."

All eyes turned to him, waiting.

He gestured subtly toward Asahi.

"This is Aito Asahi-kun, the creator behind the works you know series Dragon Ball, Naruto, and YuYu Hakusho—or as some of you may know him, by the pen name 'Weeb-sensei.'"

A stunned silence fell across the room.

The representatives froze mid-gesture, some holding pens above notepads, others with mouths slightly open.

One man muttered under his breath, "He… he's joking, right?"

Another leaned toward his neighbor, whispering, "The child? The Weeb-sensei is… a child?"

Asahi remained seated calmly, sipping his chocolate milk as if nothing extraordinary was happening.

Yagami shifted nervously beside him, glancing at Rentarou.

Rentarou gave him a reassuring nod.

"Please, take a moment," Rentarou continued, his voice steady. "I understand this may come as a surprise. But yes, he is the mind behind all three of these iconic series."

A representative near the head of the table rubbed his eyes in disbelief.

"Wait… so you're telling me Dragon Ball, Naruto, and Ghost Fighter… were created by this… child?"

Asahi lifted his head slightly, meeting the man's gaze with calm composure.

"…Yes."

Another woman at the far end of the table covered her mouth with her hand, her eyes wide.

"This… this can't be real," she whispered.

Asahi looked at them, laughing inwardly at their reactions.

To believe he was the author he have to do something.

He had expected this.

If they needed proof—

Then he would give it to them.

He gently tugged on Rentarou's sleeve.

"Rentarou-san… may I borrow some paper and a pen?"

Rentarou blinked for a moment and realise what he planning.

"Ah—yes, of course."

He quickly pulled out a sheet of paper from his folder along with a pen and handed them over.

Everyone was curious what Asahi do.

Asahi placed the paper neatly on the table.

Then—

He began to draw.

After a minute later.

A sketch of monkey tail boy holding holding his red staff while riding a cloud

Everyone in the room know what he draw

"…Son Goku…" someone whispered.

It was Son Goku kid version from dragon ball

Then Asahi request one more

"…The line work…""…There's no way this is imitation…"

The expression—playful, fearless.

The style—exactly the same as the manga.

No doubt remained.

The man who questioned earlier slowly leaned back in his chair.

"…I see…"

Asahi calmly placed the paper back on the table.

"…Is that enough?"

*Ahem*

Rentarou cleared his throat again.

"I assure you, everything is correct. Ms. Kasunagi who will handle the contracts and approvals, is fully aware of this arrangement. Today's purpose is simply to hear the studios' proposals and decide which team you trust to bring these works to animation."

"…So the genius behind these works… is really him…"

The room remained tense, but slowly, murmurs of excitement and disbelief began to ripple through the committee.

Rentarou gave a small, polite nod. "Exactly."

...

No one answered immediately.

Because they didn't need to.

The doubt—was gone.

Then the man from who introduce earlier to Yagami came infront of Asahi slightly bow to him while offering his business card to him

"Thats how is meant to be famous." Rentarou commented looking at how Asahi bowing to everyone.

"Now then—shall we proceed?" Rentarou led to start the meeting.

30 minutes later… The meeting ended.

One by one, the representatives stood up and bid farewell to Asahi.

Some of them even approached him again—this time asking for his signature.

"This is the first time I've gotten business cards…" Asahi looked down at his hands holding of pile of business card.

"As expected, though… an anime adaptation is really something else…" Yagami said, clearly exhausted from the meeting.

Rentarou adjusted his glasses as they walked down the hallway, glancing at the stack of business cards in Asahi's hands.

"…You handled well, are you really a kid?" he said calmly felt proud to Asahi.

While discussing their proposal and showing sample of their work.

Rentarou had expected Asahi to lose interest halfway through.

It would've been normal.

But instead—

Asahi listened to every presentation with a serious expression.

He even asked questions.

"....Yes, Im getting 10 this year." Asahi casual replied while didnt surprise as everybody always asking him time to time.

He was getting to numb this question.

"They were more intense than I expected."

"That's what happens when the major players in the industry gather in one room, Sensei…"

Rentarou slowed his steps and turned to face Asahi properly.

"I'll give you a few days to decide and you tell me and Ms. Mayo of your choice."

He tapped the folder lightly.

"Check all the sample proposal they give you. Think carefully about which one you can trust with your work."

A brief pause.

"And, there's no need to rush. This decision will affect everything moving forward."

"…Got it."

He nodded thought he already decided who he choose and slight bow to Rentarou.

"Thanks, Rentarou-san."

While waiting the elevator.

Asahi suddenly remember something.

"...Ah!"

Rentarou glanced at him.

"Yes?"

Asahi lightly tapped his forehead.

"…I just remembered."

"Remembered what?"

"…Grandma told me to deliver something to Mayo-san."

Rentarou raised an eyebrow slightly.

"…Planning to visit her?"

Asahi nodded.

"Yeah."

A short pause—then Rentarou gave a small smile.

"… In 59 floor. But she's probably busy."

Asahi simply nodded .

"I'll just to drop it off"

Rentarou nodded understand.

"Do you want me to guide you to her?"

"Ok."

After a few seconds—

The elevator doors opened.

Asahi stepped out and looked around.

Glanced left.Glanced right.

"…Alright. This must be the office."

The floor was spacious and quiet.

Only one person sat at a desk, working on a computer.

"That must be the reception…"

Asahi walked toward the front desk and greeted her politely.

"Good day, Onee-san."

The woman looked up from her desk.

"…Yes?"

"I'm here to see Mayo-san."

She studied him briefly—

A red-haired kid, around ten years old…

Yet casually calling her name and asking to meet her boss.

Then—

Her eyes widened slightly.

"…Asahi-kun?"

"…Yes?"

She immediately stood up.

"Ms. Kusanagi already informed me of your arrival. I'll take you to her right away."

She guided Asahi down to her room office.

Asahi who was on the way of the office looking around was quite new to the surrounding as it was totally different in the editor department.

As the two already arrive in the door,

Knock. Knock. Knock.

She opened the door slightly.

"Please, go in."

Inside Mayo's Office

The room was elegant.

Minimalist.

Organized.

Large windows allowed the afternoon light to pour in.

Mayo sat behind her desk, reviewing documents.

She didn't look up immediately.

"…You're early," she said calmly.
