The girls emerged from their room wearing their beach attires. Zhang Lie was wearing a conservative two piece blue high neck bikini top and wearing white shorts. On the other hand Xiu Yeng was wearing a teal bandeau top bikini with a skirt. They wore cover ups, with hats and beach sleepers. "Stop drooling Wung Jun." Xiu Yeng said teasingly as they walk pass the two with a triumphant smile. The boys were glued at their spot gaping at them. Wung Jun shook his head to clear his mind. "Hey I'm drooling about the food not on something else. Now come on lets go and eat, I'm famished. Let's not keep the food waiting." Outside, a native hut stood fronting the beach and they were a lot of food displayed on the table. The caretaker greeted his young master Wung Jun. "Welcome young master. I hope you and your friends enjoy the food that we prepared for you." he said smiling, bowed and left. "Thank you Mr. Wyn." Wug Jun gave a bow as well as a sign of respect. "Wow these are a lot of food, Wung Jun, you sure know how to win a woman's heart." Xiu Yeng was admiring the food, started to reach for the prawns. She loves seafoods. "Hmmm that's the best prawns that I have tasted ever."
"I believe the saying goes, the way to a man's heart is through his stomach. Not the other way around." Zhang Lei interjected while placing some fresh fruits on her plate. "Hahahaha...." all of them laughed. " Shush Zhang Lei, I thought you are my best friend. Why are you embarassing me now?" "I am just saying the correct quote." No hard feelings."
"Let's just enjoy the food okey?" Li Jei said and looked at Zhang Lei. Zhang Lei uttered a thank you to him.
After their hunger were satisfied they relaxed their full stomach. The girls were sitting on the beach lounge chairs. Trying to get more sun onto their skin they opened their cover ups to expose their skin did not care that there were onlookers passing by. They were a group of boys more or less the same age as them approached Li Jei and Wun Jun. "Hi guys do you want to play Frisbee with us." the tall guy topless showing his abs, just wearing beach shorts, invited them at the same time keep glancing on Zhang Lei smiling. Li Jei cought this and was fuming but he kept his cool and said, "Sure, we will join you." "Cool, I'm Yang by the way." the tall guy said, "Let's play over the left side area since it has a much wider space. We will wait for you down there." Before Zhang Lei and Wung Jun followed them, they removed their polo shirts over their white sleeveless shirts. While they were doing this, a group of girls passing by halted and were looking at them just in time for the two to take off their shirts revealing their abs. And they were giggling looking at them. Zhang Lei felt a pang of jealousy and anger. Before the guys left to play Li Jei approached her, "Zhang Lei we are going to play Frisbee with some guys. Here put this on cover yourself up" Zhang Lei looked at him questionigly. "I am a jealous boyfriend or soon to be, that is." he smiled. Zhang Lei blushed at what he said. "Please put back your shirt on too, I am a jealous girlfriend." while she was indicating to the throng of girls oggling at her guy. He obediently put his shirt back, left with Wung Jun.
"Oooohhhh ants are crawling all over me with your sweetness!" Xiu Yeng was teasing her bestfriend who can't stop from grinning ear to ear. "Come on, get up we need to cheer for your guy." Xiu Yeng said while she pulled Zhang Lei up. Together they run towards the game that is now starting. The group of girls that they saw a while ago was there to watch the game and of course they are admiring the cute guys with sweaty abs too. "That guy with his shirt on is cute." one of the girls said "I want to take his shirt off!" "You're fiesty as always Mei." Another girl said. "Hehehe watch and learn girls after this game you'll see the fiesty me." Xiu Yeng and Zhang Lei could hear them clearly and were annoyed. "She's a b**** Zhang Lei. Trying to steal your guy." "Ssshhh keep quiet, let's wait till the game ends." Zhang Lei shushed her best friend. She is concentrating on the boys playing and was more focused on Li Jei and once in a while he looked at her and smiled. Zhang Lei is patient when it comes to facing situations that would harm her or anyone she loves, she would wait for the perfect opportunity to fight back. She does not show it but she is already planning on how to retaliate. She might look like she is a pushover but she is far from one. She is a tiger disguised as a lamb.
The game ended and Li Jei's team won. They shook hands with Yang who accepted their defeat. "Nice game my friend." Yang said. "Thanks, we enjoyed it." Li Jei replied. "Even if we lost the game, I was wondering if you could introduce me to the girl right there. The one wearing blue. I like her." " Sorry mate, but she's my girl." Li Jei smiled mixed with annoyance towards the guy who is checking out his girl. "Oh, congratulations you're a lucky guy! I'll see you later then. With that Yang left together with his friends.
Li Jei was walking towards Zhang Lei when suddenly a girl blocked his way. "Hi, I am Mei, what's your name?" she said flirtatiously. Li Jei's forehead creased to his annoyance. He want to say something but he stopped when he felt a warm embrace. It was Zhang Lei. "Hi there handsome." She kissed him on his lips in front of the girl. The girl could not move she was just staring at them. "Congratulations on winning. You are all sweaty, come on let's go, I'll take that wet shirt off you you might get sick." saying that Zhang Lei looked at the girl vehemonously and pulled him walked away passed the still stupified girl. The friends of Mei who were witnessing the events unfolding were all shocked.
Xiu Yeng and Wung Jun saw everything and were cheering on what Zhang Lei did. "Wohooo, that's how you do it girl!" Xiu Yeng shouted towards Zhang Lei. The couple were holding hands lovingly while they went back to their place.
Later that evening Zhang Lei woke up after taking an afternoon nap. Sea breeze makes her drowsy all time. She went to the bathroom and took a shower. She changed into a sun dress and went out to look for the others. "Where did they go?" she looked in the kitchen, the dining room and living room there was no sign of them. When she opened the sliding doors towards the beach she could hear somebody playing the guitar. She walked towards the beach pass the hut and she saw a bonfire and the her friends were there. Li Jei was cooking barbecue while Xiu Yeng sat near Wung Jun who is playing the guitar. Xiu Yeng noticed her. " Hey you're awake. Come sit, we're having barbecue. Li Jei is our cook tonight. Zhang Lei smiled but instead of sitting next to her friend, she went to Li Jei. "Hi, can I help you with this." she offered. "No it's fine. I am almost done. I don't want you to get hurt, it's hot in here. Thanks for offering though." he smiled at her. "We're going to eat soon." Zhang Lei nodded and went back to sit beside Xiu Yeng.
Minutes later their food was ready. Li Jei gave one stick to Zhang Lei while he sat next to her. "Thank you, this is delicious." Zhang Lei commented. Wung Jun and Xiu Yeng dig in too.
