Chapter 1 - Our Behaviour with parents

Page 1: Childhood Innocence šŸ‘¶

Rohan was a young boy who loved his parents very much. Whenever he returned home from school, he would go straight to his mother and hug her. Every evening, he played cricket with his father. His parents took care of all his needs, big and small.

But as Rohan grew older, his behavior slowly began to change. He started spending more time on his mobile phone and with his friends. When his mother asked him to study, he would get irritated and say, "I already know everything, please don't keep explaining things to me."

One day, his father advised him that using the mobile too much is not good, but Rohan ignored him. He felt that his parents only stopped him from doing things. He never realized that whatever his parents said was always for his own good.

One day, there was a competition in Rohan's school. He participated, but due to lack of preparation, he lost. All his friends moved ahead of him, and Rohan felt very sad.

When he came home, he sat quietly. His mother lovingly asked, "What happened, son?" At first, he said nothing, but then tears rolled down his eyes. He told his mother everything.

His mother explained, "Son, if you had studied on time and listened to us, you could have won today." His father also said gently, "We don't want to stop you; we just want to guide you in the right direction."

That day, Rohan realized his mistake. He understood how wrongly he had behaved with his parents. He realized that parents always think for our well-being.

The next morning, Rohan woke up early and went to his parents. He said, "Please forgive me. I didn't listen to you and hurt you."

His parents hugged him and said, "It's okay, son. Everyone makes mistakes. What matters is that we learn from them."

From that day on, Rohan changed his behavior. He started helping his mother, listening carefully to his father, and studying on time. He reduced his mobile usage and began focusing on his goals.

Now, the atmosphere at home became filled with happiness. Rohan had understood that living with love and respect for parents is the most important thing.

Moral:

We should always respect our parents because they are our greatest well-wishers. 🌟
