"What do you think?" Lexi said as she walked out of her change room.
"You look beautiful as always, the dress-" Rebekah said, "not so much." Rebekah then continued to move dresses around on the clothing rack. "Here" She said as she handed Lexi a black dress.
When Lexi then re-emerged from the changing room, wearing the new dress, she asked Rebekah, "Is this any better?" When Rebekah saw her mate through the mirror, she was in awe.
"You look beautiful" Rebekah said in amazement as she began slowly walking over to the her mate, still watching her in the mirror.
"You've said that about me in every dress including the monstrosity of a dress you just made me try on." Lexi said twirling slightly in her dress to get glimpse at the back.
"No, this is different. You look-" Rebekah said. Upon hearing her pause, Lexi raised her eyes to meet Rebekah's in the mirror, "Perfect."
"I hardly look perfect." Lexi muttered before turning around to face Rebekah.
"I beg to differ" Rebekah declared. Her eyes raking down her mate's body. Lexi kept her eyes on Rebekah's, watching where her eyes were targeted. Lexi noticed Rebekah's eyes quickly flickering over and avoid her left forearm. This action confused Lexi until she looked down and saw Finn's soul mark.
"Do you want to activate the bond?" Lexi said, the situation being all too familiar to her. Lexi then turned around again to look back at the mirror, re-examining the dress she was wearing.
"Certainly" Rebekah said, a grin beginning to form on her face. She then moved up behind Lexi so that Lexi's back was pressed to her chest, both of them facing the full-body mirror. Rebekah the moved Lexi's hair to the side and began pressing tender kisses to Lexi's neck, jaw and collar bone. Rebekah then sucked harshly at Lexi's pulse point which drew a needy moan from her mate. Rebekah then grazed Lexi's earlobe with her fangs, checking if she had any doubts.
When she found none, Rebekah sunk her fangs in at Lexi's pulse point, moaning into her neck at the sweet taste. Lexi had now become familiar to the sharp sensation and was now beginning to find the pain quite pleasurable. Lexi was trying to watch the scene in the mirror but she was now being overcome with pleasure and was struggling to keep her eyes open. When Rebekah removed her fangs Lexi whimpered at the loss of contact, missing the pleasurable sensation.
"Your turn, my lovely" Rebekah said before biting into her wrist, presenting it to Lexi.

Rebekah's soul mark is a dragonfly tattoo which is located in Lexi's collar bone. It is on the same side as Elijah's mark.
After they both got their dresses for the dance, they continued shopping. In the early afternoon they stopped by the grill for lunch when Lexi realised she hadn't told the Scooby Gang that she 'was back in town'. Lexi then sent a text to Damon hoping that would get her out of any awkward encounters at the dance tonight. Once they finished eating they went back to the mansion where Rebekah went to put their bags away whilst Lexi greeted her brothers.
"Hey, what time do you want to start getting ready?" Lexi said walking up to Rebekah who was standing in one of the studies.
"I- um" Rebekah stuttered. Rebekah's stuttering confused Lexi because of how it contrasted Rebekah's usually extremely confident demeanour. "Actually, I think that I'll just meet you at the dance and we can get ready separately."
"Okay" Lexi said clearly confused as Rebekah exited the room quickly. Rebekah's response surprised Lexi. The blonde seemed really excited to get ready with her but now she was walking away from her without saying goodbye.
----------------------------------------------------------
When Lexi went to leave she was stopped by two of her mates.
"Where are you going, Love?" Klaus questioned. She noticed that he was not in his usual attire but rather in a white suit. Elijah was standing next to him, wearing a similar style.
"The dance" Lexi said.
"Where is Rebekah? Isn't she going with you?" Elijah questioned, walking towards her.
"She said she was going to meet me there." Lexi said, still confused by what had occurred.
Klaus then hummed before each of the men offered an arm to Lexi. "Let us escort you" Klaus said with his signature smirk. She rolled her eyes before taking each of their arms.

"Hey" Lexi said, walking up to Bonnie and a guy who she assumed was Jamie.
"Hey, when did you get back?" Bonnie asked her friend.
"Earlier this afternoon actually" Lexi said, looking around the room, "Have you seen Rebekah?"
Bonnie chuckled at the girls question, "I see your date with her went better than you let on." Bonnie said. Lexi still hadn't explained how her date with Rebekah went.
Lexi smiled at her comment. "Something like that" Lexi said. Describing what actually happened seemed far too complicated for a high school dance.
"Uh sorry, no I haven't actually seen her all night." Bonnie said.
"Huh" Lexi said, "Thanks anyways." Lexi then continued walking around the dance. Rebekah was no where to be seen. Lexi then walked out of the school and into the woods near by. She then began to call, text and leave voicemails for Rebekah, trying to reach out to her in any way. After a few minutes Lexi decided to give up and go back to the dance.
Maybe I could dance with Bonnie or Damon.
Hey, weren't Klaus and Elijah here?
Just as she was about to arrive at the school again, she couldn't. There was a barrier stopping her. Lexi then looked down and saw a ring of salt around the school.
"Oh you've got to be kidding me" Lexi muttered under her breath.
----------------------------------------------------------
"Esther's back" Damon said as Lexi answered the phone.
"Of course she is" Lexi mumbled.
Witches refuse to stay dead
"Where are you?" Damon asked.
"Stuck outside the high school" Lexi said. She was now sitting on some random log, hoping the barrier would go down soon.
"Great" Damon said, "I need you to go to the old cemetery and kick her ass." Lexi then heard a crashing sound on the other side of the phone.
"Damon?"
"Sorry, just Klaus being Klaus"
"Huh"
"Whatever just GO" Damon said as the line went dead.
"That bitch hung up on me" Lexi mumbled.

"You said you wanted to undo the evil you created but this" Elena said, "this is just as evil."
"Alaric will never be what my children became. I have granted him with enough power to complete his task. Then when the time is right he will die" Esther said.
"How? if he's immortal then-" Elena started.
"All you need to know is that when this is over we will have rid the earth of vampire once and for all" Esther said.
"You know-" Lexi started, walking into the cave where Esther, Elena and Alaric were. "You talk a good game of undoing evil and all, but has it ever crossed your mind that murdering your children and all vampires actually more evil than anything any vampire has done. Especially after it was your 'mistake' that made them what they are." Lexi said.
"Alexandra, how nice of you to join us" Esther said.
"Not very, there is a long list of things I'd rather be doing right now, actually, some of which include your 'abominations'" Lexi said, mumbling the last part.
"I see you Finn told you" Esther said.
This comment confused Lexi. Just as she was about to ask what she meant there was a sound of movement outside the cave. Esther then moved to exit the cave. Elena then followed her out. Lexi moved over to Ric, he was dead. No, the magic. He was in transition. Lexi then walked outside to see Jeremy and Matt pointing weapons at each other.
What the fu-
Lexi quickly chanted, overpowering Esther.
Esther then turned to Lexi, "One day, your relationship with all these vampires will come back to haunt you" she said. When Esther went to turn away, Ric staked her in the chest, killing her. Ric then pulled the stake out.
"Where's my ring?" Alaric asked.
