Chapter 25 - Living Like Rats

"Sora Yukihara… isn't it beautiful?"

"Disgusting."

"Don't be stubborn. Learn to accept reality."

Sora Yukihara replied coldly and ignored Harry Osborn.

With a few swift movements, he shattered the alloy restraints on the operating table.

"Parker, wake up. I'm taking you out of here."

But no matter how he called—

No response.

Peter remained unconscious.

Harry's mocking voice echoed again:

"Useless. That's a special anesthetic. He won't wake up for at least half a day."

Sora Yukihara stopped trying.

He wrapped Peter Parker tightly and lifted him.

Then Harry's voice came again, teasing:

"Don't you want to know where that old man Ben is?"

"Annoying."

Sora Yukihara pointed—

And shattered the screen.

But Harry's voice still echoed through the system.

"This entire place is under my control."

"Take your time searching…"

"Haha…"

The laughter carried a sinister tone.

Sora Yukihara wasn't afraid—

But carrying Peter limited him.

Still—

Uncle Ben was a good man.

If he could be saved—

Sora Yukihara would save him.

BOOM!

He kicked open another lab.

Empty.

No sign of Ben Parker.

He moved on.

Doors shattered.

Walls broken.

No one dared stop him.

Minutes passed.

Then—

Half an hour.

Nothing.

Sora Yukihara searched every corner.

No trace.

"Strange…"

Even Peter was kept here.

Why not Ben?

Another screen lit up—

Harry appeared again.

"Surprised?"

"Why isn't he here?"

Sora Yukihara didn't hesitate.

"You killed him."

Silence—

Then Harry smiled.

"Smart."

"You're strong… and intelligent…"

"That makes you dangerous."

Sora Yukihara didn't respond.

Harry continued:

"I wanted to recruit you."

"But you hate me."

"And I hate you."

"So…"

"I have no choice but to kill you."

"Try."

Sora Yukihara walked forward—

But noticed something.

Doors—

Sealed.

Completely locked.

No access.

Only destruction could open them.

Some doors he broke earlier—

Now sealed again.

Others remained open—

Only those containing experimental subjects.

Sora Yukihara smirked.

"Playing games?"

"Sorry."

"Enjoy your last moments."

"Thanks for dragging me into the superhuman world."

The transmission cut.

Then—

Roars.

Growls.

A Lizard creature lunged—

Before it could reach him—

A flick.

THREAD BULLET!

Clean shot—

Through the eye.

Out the back of the skull.

Instant kill.

The creature collapsed.

Another one attacked—

From a blind angle.

Sora Yukihara didn't even turn.

A web shield appeared.

BAM!

The creature slammed into it—

Like a fly hitting glass.

Before it could recover—

The web tightened.

Crushed.

Twisted.

Exploded into pieces.

Sora Yukihara's face remained expressionless.

He walked to a sealed alloy door.

"Let's see how tough you are."

Parasite String.

Threads sliced like blades—

The door split into six pieces.

Collapsed.

Obstacle—

Gone.

He continued forward.

Traps?

Pointless.

Resistance?

Meaningless.

Elsewhere—

Harry watched the surveillance.

His hands trembled.

Those Lizard creatures—

He knew their stats.

Monsters.

Yet—

They were nothing.

Nothing before Sora Yukihara.

Fear crept in.

Deep.

Cold.

"Let's go."

Norman Osborn rubbed his temples.

A wheelchair was brought over.

He sat down calmly.

But Harry didn't move.

Still watching.

Norman said coldly:

"Give up."

"Without overwhelming power—or exploiting his weakness—"

"You can't kill him."

"These tricks are useless."

Harry clenched his fists.

"I won't give up."

Norman replied calmly:

"You'll have chances later."

Just as they prepared to leave—

Sora Yukihara reached the exit.

He stopped.

Looked directly at the camera.

And said—

"Osborn family…"

"Get ready to live like rats."

SMASH!

Harry destroyed the monitor.

Rage.

Fear.

Both.

Norman sighed.

"He's right."

"We can't stop him."

"And worse…"

"He's a madman."

"No rules. No morality."

"Our usual methods don't work on him."

"This… was our mistake."

But—

There was no regret in his eyes.

Harry finally turned away.

Without taking anything—

He pushed Norman out.

Into the darkness.

No one knew where they went.

No one knew if they would return.

Or—

If they would survive.
