It all began as I lay on a my bed in my cold apartment , bidding farewell to life all alone. I had dedicated my life to serving the greater good, to doing what was supposed to be right, to doing what was supposed to be good. But in the end,
everyone took what they needed from me and then threw me to the dogs.
I wasted my life on the wrong goal in the wrong way.
So I swore, and I vowed that I would do whatever I wanted if I were given another life, another chance.
Then... my life ended.

I woke up in a vast, open space with only one name: space, surrounded by darkness and enchanting stars everywhere.
And amazingly, I was standing on my own two feet. There was ground beneath me that I couldn't see, but what was amazing was what was in front of me:

She took my hands and spoke happily,
"That is why I will give you a reward and the opportunity you've wished for… I will reincarnate you in another world as a rising king and grant you the power everyone dreams of… In that world, do as you please."
I looked at the goddess Sina calmly, and happily, actually, because she was perhaps the first person to truly acknowledge me and look out for my best interests. But deep down, I knew that a gentle soul like hers wouldn't align with my new vision for life.
I'm no longer interested in doing anything for anyone else. I'll do what I want to do, whether it's good or bad, right or wrong.
I couldn't bring myself to say those harsh words to her after she had showered me with all that kindness and concern.
But it seemed as though she could read my mind, so she continued:

Rather, we see them as one and the same, an inescapable necessity...
From a neutral perspective, we possess the power to stop everything humans label as evil, but we will not do so; rather, from time to time, we even support that side
. Our sole concern is balance
. In your previous life, Arthur, you were unquestionably on the side of good—in fact, you took up a large part of it—so… if you wish, just if you wish… ..

I listened carefully to Miss Sina, and in the end, it was just a long speech telling me to do whatever I wanted, that there was no harm in it, and I really wanted to hear that
