A chain of explosions scorched the ground. However, none of them hit their target as the slight delay before the skill activated made it much easier to evade.
As Oliver and Flora dashed forward, the Auracorn let out another powerful neigh. Immediately, all nearby Alicorns gathered around it to serve as a living shield.
The scene looked both majestic and terrifying at the same time. The sky darkened as hundreds of Alicorns flocked together, blocking out the sunlight. At the center of the massive formation stood a brilliant golden light, that was the Auracorn itself.
But neither Oliver nor Flora felt any fear.
"Explosive Maria!"
Dozens of flowers appeared in Oliver's hands. He then transformed both hands into tulips and released Thorn Spears with each spear carrying explosive flowers attached to it.
The spears shot forward at high speed before striking the Alicorns. The moment they connected, Oliver triggered the explosions.
