Anvi was terrified. She came back quietly on the seat still in the trauma. When the children asked her about the screaming voice she started crying, and told her about the woman and the baby. Everyone got scared. Dhruv and Abhinav comforted Anvi and assured her that its fine. Within some time she came back to normal but still scared and sitting close to her friends. The train reached the station and the children went to their hostels.
From next morning they followed their normal routine of college and then all of them meeting at the gate. Abhinav, Anvi, Dhruv were together in same class whereas, Vishu, Karini, Biba were together. Everything was normal for some days until one evening when they met at the gate. They saw something that made their heart feel like to burst. They saw the guard who was standing at the gate, it was the same watchman Aman whom they have met earlier in the cottage and heard stories of him. He was staring at them in a scary manner. He lifted his hand and gave action of calling them. The children held each others hand and slowly went to him. He started talking to them normally but as soon as they asked him that how did he come here he replied in a scary manner and said "Do you know why that women jumped from the train?"
The children were terrified still, Abhinav the bravest among them questioned. "she jumped! but we know she was pushed." "No" shouted Anam "she jumped because she saw me, so she chose killing herself instead of getting killed by me. Then Biba asked nervously "But why did you killed the Baby" "No baby is not dead why would I kill my own flesh and blood" replied Anam "Own flesh and blood?" asked everyone together. Anam replied that "yes my own son that woman told you fake story just to gain sympathy. She did not kill me for his good, she killed me because her black business was not going good so she needed money that's why she wanted to become the head.
I also had a family - me, wife and my baby in her room. Her son died earlier and accused me so she would not get into any problem after killing me. She killed me and my wife with the watchman but left my son as her son died. So she can keep him as his own son."
The children were astonished after listening to this. The sympathy that they all gained for her had disappeared in her mind. Anvi was the person who was now feeling fine, then she asked "Then where's the baby?" "Good thing you asked I know you need a brother and I knew your parents very well so I have given it to your parents and told them to adopt him as their son they hesitated but agreed at last" replied Anam
