Chapter 1: The Rainy Night
It was a cold rainy night in the city.
Luna was running through the empty street with fear in her eyes. Her clothes were wet from the heavy rain, and her breath was fast.
Suddenly, a black car stopped in front of her.
The door slowly opened.
A tall man stepped out of the car. His face was cold and mysterious. The streetlight reflected in his dark eyes.
"Who are you?" Luna asked nervously.
The man looked at her for a moment and said slowly,
"I am Adrian… the man everyone in this city fears."
Luna's heart started beating faster.
She had heard that name before. Adrian was the most powerful and dangerous mafia king in the city.
Luna tried to step back, but her legs were shaking.
"Why are you running in the middle of the night?" Adrian asked in a calm but cold voice.
"I… I was just going home," Luna said, trying to avoid his eyes.
Adrian suddenly noticed something behind her.
Two dark cars were coming fast down the street.
His eyes became sharp.
"Get in the car," he said.
"What?" Luna looked confused.
"If you want to stay alive… get in."
The rain became heavier as Luna looked at the mysterious man in front of her.
For some reason, she felt that this dangerous man might be her only protection tonight.
Slowly, she stepped toward the black car.
But she didn't know…
Getting into Adrian's car would change her life forever.
And once she entered his dark world…
