Ariana's POV:
As soon as I entered the mall I was so excited it was the first time I was shopping here. I was going to explore everything displayed. As I was getting more excited I started pulling my brothers with me to go. Now let's start. *Hehehe*
"Guys, let's go. I am so excited to shop with you all." They all followed me. First we went to the girl's section. There I started to look for my clothes. I started going up and down everywhere to look for clothes.
My brothers on the other hand, what are they doing? I looked puzzled. They were looking as if they didn't know where to put their hands and feet.
"What are you doing?" I asked Matteo.
"I am looking for your clothes. Look, I found you a dress. Isn't it cute?" I looked at the 'dress' he showed me. I took it and looked at it. I was speechless. The dress, if you can call it that, was a maternity dress. It was loose and long.
"This 'dress' is for me?" "Yes you love it right? I know I know, you don't have to praise me. I just have a fashion sense. It's innate." He said brushing his hair to the side and looking smug.
I was looking at him dumbfounded and burst out laughing, "hahaha, you have fashion. Hahaha, you are very funny, twin. I can't." I was laughing so hard that I was bent down.
I saw that everyone hid their dresses behind them. I don't know how their fashion sense can be this wrong.
He looked at me as if I had offended him so much. "What are you laughing at so much?" "Brother, I think she is laughing at you." Said Leonardo.
"Twin this is maternity dress. You know the dress that new moms wear." He was getting pale and threw the dress back at the rack as if it burnt him. I again started laughing.
"Ok guys. Please look for a dress that I can wear. Let's go. Chop chop."
We started looking for clothes again. Now they were carefully looking for the dresses. I asked Alfonso, "fratello, will this dress look good on me?" He looked carefully at my dress and then me. He started thinking deeply.
(Fratello: brother in Italian)
"No, it's too short." I was speechless. I think they are going to torture me instead. "Fratello, this is not short. It's ok. You go look for some dress for me. I will ask Antonio."
"Sorellina, wait, ok you can get it if you think it's ok." He sighed and I smirked internally. I took the dress.
Just like that we spent some time buying the dresses for me. I bought some clothes that we liked like jeans, tops, dresses and shorts.
Then Rafael asked, "Now where are we going?" "Fratello Raf, we are now going to get footwear." Then we went to get the footwear for ourselves.
I tried some heels and sneakers. Then I went to look for some sneakers for my brothers. "Brothers, come here. Look, I selected some pairs for you. Try it." They looked stunned. As if they can't believe that I brought sneakers for them.
"What? Try it." They started trying on their sneakers and all of them liked it. Benjamin said, "I don't like it." Well from what I have understood, he is always trying to be cold to everyone. But I know that it is all an act.
"Ok. Then does anyone else want it." As I said that Benjamin looked like he couldn't believe that I didn't try to persuade him. His expression was priceless. I will tear his act down slowly. Brother you have met me. Now you can't keep up your act.
"Yes I like it. I will take it as we are the same size." Alfonso said. Benjamin's face was so black. I wanted to laugh but I controlled it. Matteo was snickering.
Then we went to the men's shop to shop for my brothers. "Ari, it's not necessary. We all have the clothes." Rafael tried to say. "Brother, I want to shop for you all. Please." I said, showing him the puppy eyes. He sighed and said ok. Yay! No one can resist my puppy eyes.
They all were looking so tired as if they had fought a war. *Hehehe* mission successful. We went to the shop and I started to torture them some more. I was having so much fun.
"Fratello, go change into it. Then we will see if it looks good on you." I said to Antonio. "But Ari, it will not look good on me." "We won't know until we try it. So go please." He sighed and went to the trial room to get changed.
Meanwhile, I started looking for clothes for my other brothers. I also looked for the clothes for Antonio as I know that shirt will not look good on him. *Evil laugh*
"Ari." Antonio called me and I turned around to look at him. All of my brothers were looking at him and they looked like they were trying very hard to control their laughter.
I looked at him. He was wearing a yellow shirt with pink hearts on it. I must say it is a very ugly shirt. Especially with his face looking so serious. As I was looking at him, I couldn't control myself. I burst out laughing. I was laughing so much that I bent down laughing. Others also started laughing. I guess they couldn't control themselves anymore.
As I stopped laughing I looked at him and I again started laughing. Damn, this is gold. I can't get this picture out of my memory. As he was glaring at the other brothers, I secretly took a picture of him.
And I again started laughing. Hahaha..
"Ok brother. It doesn't look good on you. You shouldn't have worn it. Why did you wear it?" He was looking at me in disbelief. "Ari..." He started talking so I interrupted him, "ok no problem brother. We will take it, if you like it so much. Try this now." I gave him another t-shirt.
He shook his head and went to change the shirt. Everyone was still laughing. I gave them the shirts also. Antonio came out wearing a new t-shirt. I must say it looked good. My brother is so handsome. My sister in law will be very pleased with him.
Hmm.. I should ask him if he has any girlfriends or not. Then everyone came out with their new t-shirts on. They didn't get tricked by me as Antonio has already been tricked. So no funny shirts. Sigh. No problem, I will get them another time.
We then bought the t-shirts and shirts for my brothers. I also bought a shirt for dad according to the size that Leonardo told me. I told my brothers that I needed to go to Victoria secret to get my clothes. They told me that they don't want to go with me. And guys, that's how you lose your brothers if you want to buy some surprise for them.
I wanted to gift the watches to my brothers and dad so I bought the watches which I thought would be according to their taste. Hopefully they will like it.
Then after buying those I went to Victoria secret as I need some clothes to keep up with the lie I told them. Thankfully, the shop was near Victoria secret.
Then I bought some bras and panties. I also bought a night suit as I loved the colour and print. After that I went to the parking lot where my brothers were waiting for me.
Then we looked at the time to see, it was already 7 p.m. We will be late if we don't go now.
"Ok everyone. Now let's go to the restaurant. Dad will be waiting for us there." Rafael said. We then went to the car. We were on the road when Leonardo asked, "sorellina, how do you know Italian?"
(Sorellina: sister in Italian)
"In our school, there was a girl who transferred here because of her parents' work and she was from Italy. So whenever she spoke Italian, I was so fascinated that I decided to learn it. I started taking classes and also learnt from her. And that's how I know Italian. You know I like Italian so much that I want to go to Italy." I daydreamed about going to Italy.
My brothers were exchanging glances.
"You know sorellina, we are from Italy. That's how we know Italian." Said Alfonso. I was stunned. My jaw was hanging so low. I mean how lucky I am to be from Italy. I mean they are from Italy then it means we can also go to Italy if it's convenient. As I was thinking about it we arrived at the restaurant.
"We have reached." Alfonso said. Then we got out of the car and Antonio gave the keys to the valet to park the car. We then went into the restaurant.
We went to the reception to know about our reservation. Antonio said that we have the reservation here under Romano.
At that time we saw a man coming towards us. He looked like a business man. He came to us and said to Antonio, "Mr. Romano, welcome. I am Robin, the manager here. We have your table booked here and your dad is waiting at the table. Come on this way please."
As he was leading us to the table, I was looking confused. Why is he giving so much attention to us? As I was thinking about it, Matteo looked at me. He guessed what I was thinking about and said, "sister, we are Romanos. Our father and brothers have made a name for themselves in the business world. I don't think there is anyone who doesn't know about Romanos in the business world."
As he told me about it, I was getting proud of my father and brothers. They worked hard to be where they are. Despite the grievances they encountered. First my kidnapping and then mom's passing away, they didn't forget to keep living and moving forward.
"Ariana." came father's voice, pulling me out of my thoughts. I saw that father was sitting on his seat and brothers were waiting for me to take the seat.
"Yes. I am coming." I sat on the chair that Rafael pulled out for me. After that everyone took their seats. Father asked me, "Princess, how was your day? Your brothers didn't trouble you right?"
"It was very much fun. We went to the movies and watched the Avengers. Then we went to the shopping mall. We bought many things for you, brothers and I. And my brothers...."
I paused and they were looking nervous about what I would say. "They didn't trouble me at all. We had so much fun together. Look father, I even took a picture for you to see. I am sure you will love it as much as I love it."
I gave him my phone with the picture of Antonio displaying on it. He took the mobile and looked at it. He was first stunned and then slowly lifted his head to look at Antonio. He looked at him for a few seconds and then back at the picture. He repeated it twice and then he burst out laughing. He was laughing so hard that tears were coming out of his eyes.
Now Antonio and everyone were confused as to why he was laughing so hard. My shoulders were also shaking with laughter. Antonio asked, "Dad, what is it? We also want to see. Give us."
Father gave him my mobile and I saw that his face is changing colours. Everyone came to him to look at the picture and burst out laughing.
Dad said, "Antonio, I didn't know that you liked these types of styles."
We again started laughing after my father's comment. Antonio was looking like he didn't know what to say or do.
"Ariana, you took the picture." "Father, look he is giving me a dangerous look like he wants to scold me." I said, giving him my most innocent look.
"Antonio, sit down. It's ok that your sister took the picture. But what about you, why did you wear it if you don't like it. Don't you dare scold her." Father said strictly.
Antonio was speechless. He knew that it isn't wise to say anything else so he apologized and said that he was just messing around.
Father winked at me and whispered, "send me the picture and keep up with the good work. I want to see more pictures like this." My eyes lit up when I realised that he was supporting me. So I nodded at him and seriously said that I will do it.
"Now everyone, listen. I want to give you gifts." I told them and they were looking surprised as to when did I buy anything to give to them.
Now let's give it to them and see, if they like it or not.
