Synopsis
Ikeda Moroboshi, a brilliant young student, finds his life upended when he rescues Lisara, a girl with a royal temperament and no knowledge of modern technology, from the shores of a lake. As he hides her identity at school, he discovers she is a temporal refugee pulled from an ancient, advanced civilization during a secret Antarctic experiment conducted by his parents years prior. Haunted by nightmares of a lost friend named Urahara, Lisara eventually realizes that her presence in the modern world is creating catastrophic reality-warping "Time Quakes." To save the future, Ikeda and Lisara must return to the Antarctic rift where they discover a soul-binding connection across eras, culminating in a bittersweet sacrifice as Lisara returns to her own time to heal the timeline, leaving Ikeda to continue his life in hopes of one day reuniting with his "princess" from the past.

Chapter 1 - A Dream

They say that this Earth is billions of years old and millions of species live in it. Among them the most powerful and smart species is Homo sapiens. The creator himself gifted this species with brain and brawn; with this much power this species evolved with time. They created, destroyed, then recreated things with their might and willpower. As time passed, they made themselves more powerful with the help of science. But they could never lay their hands on the power of time. That is until now….

"Today is the 5th test of the Time Turner ", Mr. Moroboshi said with a serious face.

"Sir everything is ready" an aquatint said, from behind the glass.

"Are you ready honey?", he said looking at her wife.

"Always.", Mrs. Moroboshi gave thumbs to him.

"I am starting now", Mr. Moroboshi pulled the liver.

The machine made a small cry and started running, soon the air started to blow very fast and a wormhole opened. The sky started growling and the aurora borealis shined brightly in the sky. It was a breath-taking view. Then the wormhole started to destabilize, and the machine stopped with a big shockwave throwing Mr. And Mrs. Moroboshi off their feet.

"Woah! It's so cool!" My eyes were glowing brightly while watching TV. It was a weekly show I watched every week. The show was about a traveler going through time to fight off the bad guys.

"Dr. Time saves the day! Ha ha ha..." I copied the pose from the show.

"Hiroshi! Its dinner time" a voice came from the kitchen. It was my mother.

"You know what mom, I'm gonna make a time machine someday and fight off the big guys from across the time" The child dreamed about it on the dinner table.

"That's a great idea. But aren't you very little for that" father smiled sitting opposite side of me.

"No I'm not. I'm 12 yrs old."

"Oh! Really. Then let's see if you can do that or not" father threw me a challenge at that time.

After 8 Years....

"You're not just better than me, kid. You're the best scientist this institution has ever seen." professor of S-university looked at me with a grin on his face", I am sure You will achieve your goal someday. I'm sure of it"

After the graduation ceremony, that was the last meeting I had with Professor Thomas. After that I came back to Kyoto, my home.

"Welcome back!", Maria was there at the airport to greet me. She squeezed me tightly as if she didn't want to let go of me.

"You sure took your time in the US. How many times did you fail?!", she mocked me on the way home.

"Not as many as you", I laughed.

"Shut up! I completed my graduation 1 month ago",

"Oh really", I pulled my face close to her.

Her face became red like a tomato. She immediately pulled her face away and murmured," don't come to close, Idiot".

I laughed at the scene so hard that my stomach started to hurt.

Then we went to my father's grave. It was painfully silent; I could feel the wind blowing through my hair. I cleaned some dirt from the tombstone, placed some flowers, and stood silently.

"It's been 3 years since you left us", I murmured Mother and I are well... I still remember the challenge you gave me but now I think I can actually make it you know Hehe .... I wish you were here to see me and congratulate me….".

Tears glistened in the corner of my eyes as I gave a smirk to the silent grave.

We walked hand in hand along the road in the setting sun and reached home.

When I reached home, I was greeted by my mother...but due to the excitement of reaching home I completely forgot that me and Maria were holding hands

"Welcome Hom…. OH MY! the youth is so bold nowadays", said my mother.

We both yanked our hands apart instantly; our faces turned bright red from embarrassment.

"So, when are you two tying the knot? I'm not getting younger you know." she gave us a warm smile.

Maria's face was avoiding the gaze face flushed red.

"Mom.... Don't say such embarrassing things, Geezzz….", I said averting my eyes towards the wall.

And just like that, our journey began—two newlyweds heading into Antarctica, unaware that the frozen continent held a secret that would shatter everything we thought we knew about time. / And before we knew it, our honeymoon destination became… Antarctica. Yeah. Antarctica. All for the so-called "Secret Project."

"Honey-y-y, are you okay?" Mrs. Moroboshi shouted with a cracked voice.

"yea-a-ah! It'll take more than that to kill me", Mr. Moroboshi said sitting on the snow dusting off the snow with gloved hands." Are you okay?" He asked with a loud voice.

"Ye-e-e-s", she said but her voice was shattered by the growling snow wind. The sky changed back to its original form, and everything turned normal. But that normalization held a deep secret within itself.
