Silas urged Infernape forward telepathically and transferred the majority of his aura to him. Infernape immediately executed a powerful Mega Shift infused with Aura.
With the tremendous speed granted by Mega Shift, Infernape intercepted the man before he could finish his motion.
Unfortunately, Infernape didn't know his own strength and accidentally ripped off the man's arm holding the Poké Ball.
As the man screamed, the battlefield descended into chaos, but only for his group.
Silas' side quickly took control of the situation.
They killed the remaining woman and knocked out all the remaining Pokémon.
"I bet you didn't see this coming when you woke up today, but you can tell Arceus all about it."
Silas gagged the man with a clump of earth and grass as he opened his mouth to respond.
"Nobody here cares about what you have to say."
With Politoed's assistance, Silas interrogated the leading man using his psychic powers.
The forcible interrogation was extremely taxing on the body, and the man didn't survive the process.
Silas was thoroughly intrigued by what he learned.
According to the man's memories, there were legendary Pokémon on the continent, and the Court had already tamed two of them.
They had captured the golem Pokémon Regirock and the legendary beast Raikou.
These legendary Pokémon were descendants of the true legendary Pokémon.
They were more common than the originals, but they were by no means weak.
They still possessed a portion of the divine lineage, giving them a much higher ceiling than 99% of Pokémon.
As they waited for Vibrava to complete his evolution, Silas and the others rummaged through the corpses and collected everything valuable.
The extra Poké Ball was a true boon for Silas.
Inside was a Metagross.
This was one of those rare times when Silas benefited tremendously from an opponent's carelessness.
Had the man released Metagross from the beginning and used the black pearl for Mega Evolution, the outcome of the battle would have been uncertain.
Now that man was a corpse, and his Metagross belonged to Silas.
He sealed the Poké Ball along with the others containing the Pokémon defeated during the battle.
Selling these Pokémon would bring in an enormous amount of wealth.
Each one possessed solid potential and a versatile moveset.
Vibrava's evolution took nearly 3 full days.
Silas understood that the process would be a long one.
Vibrava evolving into Flygon represented the full activation of his draconic heritage.
The Dragon Fang was completely absorbed during the evolution process as well.
When the cocoon of draconic energy finally dissipated, Flygon hovered majestically in the air.
He was taller and more defined, his body now a deeper green with smooth, angular lines. His wide, diamond-shaped wings shimmered with red-edged patterns, while those same red eyes, now hidden behind lens-like covers, gave him a calm and unreadable gaze as he spread his wings with newfound grace.
Flygon's aura was ridiculously powerful and robust.
Seeing the imposing figure of his new Dragon type Pokémon, Silas felt truly blessed.
This majestic Pokémon was his alone to command.
Silas immediately scanned him and was excited beyond belief.

Silas stood completely frozen, to the point that his friends and Pokémon became concerned.
The back-to-back good news was overwhelming.
Flygon in particular thought he had startled his trainer to death by taking so long to evolve.
The problem was that Silas was currently speaking with Hermes internally.
He had to make the decision right then and there, so Silas spent some time reviewing his options.
His final decision was Swords Dance for Infernape and Draco Meteor for the newly evolved Flygon.
Both of these TMs were extremely rare.
Even if someone had the money to afford them, they were difficult to obtain, especially Draco Meteor.
This Dragon-type move unleashed terrifying destructive power.
There was limited stock available, so getting it directly from the system simply made sense.
When Silas finally came back to his senses, he smiled and congratulated Flygon.
The other Pokémon surrounded him and were chattering among themselves.
Silas explained to Infernape and Flygon telepathically that they should try out their new moves.
Infernape initiated a peculiar dance before his aura intensified.
Flygon gathered a massive amount of Dragon-type energy inside his stomach before firing it as a giant orb that split into a dozen smaller ones.
The attacks struck several different areas and created massive explosions.
Silas laughed loudly when he saw the new destructive power wielded by his Pokémon.
The final Pokémon still waiting to evolve was Electabuzz.
After the battle, he resumed meditating with the Electirizer.
The following morning, the group finally set out.
To leave the area, they had to pass through the territory of the Zangoose.
Silas had the Zangoose leader he previously defeated convince his clan to come with him.
Silas placed every Pokémon into a Poké Ball and quickly stored them away.
The journey itself would also serve as training.
It was Meowth's turn. His job was to protect everyone.
Most of the Pokémon that approached them initially were only in the low pseudo-advanced tier.
Meowth fought each one off at great cost, but Silas used his miraculous Pokéblocks to replenish Meowth's energy.
As long as he wasn't seriously injured, he could fight almost endlessly with this level of support.
The first day ended with Meowth finally breaking through into the pseudo-advanced tier at Level 40.
The battle that pushed him into a new tier was ironically against a dog pokemon, a wild level 40 Manectric.
The electric dog was quite aggressive, preferring close combat. It repeatedly tried to crash into Meowth using Spark but he managed to dodge each time while sometimes countering.
However, Manectric wasn't a dumb pokemon so after a few dodges, it changed tactics.
The next time when Meowth dodged, he stopped and used Discharge which caught Meowth off guard.
With the Eviolite, Meowth's bulk was much higher than before so he withstood the attack before lashing out with a powerful Fury Swipes.
He didn't stop until Manectric was bloody with several claw wounds all over it's body.
After defeating Manectric, Meowth didn't finish him off. Instead, they communicated briefly before Meowth explained they had made peace.
Manectric was simply seeking out strong opponents and had no malicious intent.
Silas naturally respected Meowth's decision to let it go especially since it only had C potential. E. S '
He wore a necklace combining an Eviolite and Everstone.
"Congratulations, Meowth. If you can break into the advanced tier, then that will truly be impressive."
"Thanks, Boss. It's really because of your support."
"I only gave you the opportunity. You earned everything with your own blood and sweat. I'm proud of you. Here's a gift."
Silas gave Meowth one of the superior Normal-type energy crystals.
This would significantly help Meowth during his journey through the new tier.
On the third day, they began encountering stronger wild Pokémon.
They were confronted by a tribe of Mightyena with 10 Pokémon at Level 46 and a leader at Level 48.
Flygon fought them off using his mastery over Dragon Claw.
For several minutes, the Mightyena clashed with Flygon. Electabuzz offered assistance by using ranged electric attacks whenever Flygon needed a break.
Eventually, this tactic dwindled the enemy Pokémon numbers down to a manageable amount.
When they attempted to retreat, Flygon's newly learned Draco Meteor made short work of them.
The nearly dozen Mightyena were all swiftly captured.
Their lowest potential was C+, while the highest was B.
As they continued walking and battling, Silas checked his System Store.
He now had 10,000 points to spend.

Personal System PC — 10,000 BP — Creates a space to store captured Pokémon. It functions like a PC that only you have access to. The limit is 300 Pokémon.
Human Psychic Orb — 10,000 BP — Can increase the aptitude of a psychic power user.
Human Aura Orb — 10,000 BP — Can increase the aptitude of an aura user.
System Roulette Roll — 3,500 BP — Gain a random System upgrade with guaranteed quality.
Data Acquisition Upgrade — 2,000 BP — AI will gain a hacking function, allowing the user to take control of certain technology given enough time to integrate.
System AI Upgrade — 1,000 BP — System AI will process information faster.
Mid-Grade Vitamin Pill — 500 BP — Increases a Pokémon's overall constitution, repairs old injuries, and strengthens talent.
Without hesitation, Silas chose to spend his points on the Personal System PC.
This would solve many problems.
With his System Space storing items and his private PC now storing Pokémon, Silas could travel extremely light while catching many people off guard.
He quietly transferred all of his most valuable captured Pokémon into his private space while leaving many rare, but not exceptional, Pokémon inside the Team Rocket storage system so as not to arouse suspicion.
Metagross, for example, would remain in his personal space.
A pseudo-legendary Pokémon attracted far too much attention for Silas' current level.
Silas vowed to save enough BP for the Super Item Lottery next.
He was already sitting at 860 points and would hold out until he had enough.
With his newfound freedom, Silas wanted to indiscriminately capture Pokémon with decent potential.
However, that wouldn't be smart.
He still needed to maximize the benefits of every capture.
Despite the newfound freedom offered by the Personal System PC, Silas still needed to remain selective.
While the system offered extreme advantages, they were worthless if he used them foolishly.
