We were looking around for any team that was around. Waiting for any team to attack and we counter them. So, as we waited, we started strategizing on plans to defeat a particular team the team that almost wiped out all of us. We started drawing formations on how to defeat those high tier opponents. We looked around to see if anyone is coming. We checked a barrier for the flag. It seemed beaten up causeof the attacks. We strengthened it by coming around and feeding it our spiritual energy . It came back to life. When we saw it had improved. Avalion said we should go and find out who attacked as using those ice clones. So, we started looking around if anyone will randomly come and attack us.
After we finished we went to look for those people that nearly killed . Fiona was babbling as always, then something caught as off-guard. She started saying that the person who made those ice clones is probably brown core stage. I asked how she knows. I looked further ahead in a book. We were going to be assigned these classes after the tournament. She said there ten core stage magic since we had more spiritual energy than most people will be at the very start of green stage.
And since to have a bit mastery over Ice clones he must b brown stage. We were shocked to hear that she taught herself all that. We told her that knowledge will come in handy in the future. We were killing gimmies and other monsters in the area, until we finally found the people who attacked us and almost killed us. It seemed Fiona knew them because she was muttering under her breath that it seems we have finally met again. I didn't dare to ask her cause already she started to tweak. Avalion was punching his fists in rage , remembering what they done to us
We huddled up. Fiona said that is Kael, Darius and Lyria. We asked how she knows them. She said there in her town and all of them are older than us by one year. Avalion said how do they put newcomers and kind of veterans together. The foundation says that it is more interesting that way.
So, we came back to the main agenda. We agreed that Fiona should by shooting them water spells. Then Avalion goes in and start hitting them and I should come and help both of them last result is unleashing waves of agony or throwing a water trident. We all agreed. The minute we agreed, Fiona rushed in and started shooting magic spells. when they saw the attacks, Fiona was throwing at them. Kael said seems we have visitors, right when he said that Lyria was starting to conjure up ice clones. Avalion came in started and started punching Lyria before she conjures a lot of ice clones. Fiona was still shooting spells then apparently, she got a new skill since her nature was fighting, she gained water fists which was the second hardest skill,
to master or to actually perform. It needed one to have precise control of their energy so one can conjure water to a specific part of the body. She breezed through the clones Lyria created before Avalion can stop here. It was my turn. I first went to Avalion to help him fight Darius who was an earth mage primarily but still had the common magic types everyone is taught. water and fire. They were really going at it, fists were colliding, magic attacks being thrown.
I call him and ask him, ' are you doing alright '. He said yes so I headed over to Fiona to see what she is doing. she was doing a great job. Lyria was just conjuring a lot of those clones, but Fiona was cutting through every one of them like it was nothing. I was relieved. So, I decided to go against Kael himself, him to it seemed that he wanted to fight so I went in and shot a barrage of water bullets with increased pressure, but he dodged all of them with ease. he came at me and shot me in the air then started saying. you thought you could fight against me. I just reached the black stage when I heard that.
I knew i should not let my guard down even for a minute or two. So, I came at him at full speed he came to at full speed and fists were colliding. The neighboring terrain was starting to crumble under the shockwaves were that were being emitted from our punches. I almost landed a critical hit. He teleported. I was in shock. I started looking for possible solutions in my mind then suddenly he came and said death punch. It hit me then sent my flying. I crashed at a tree. I was wondering what happened. I remembered Kael teleporting then after he hit with a very strong punch.
I thought I was finished then I heard Leon wake up wake up. It was Avalion and Fiona. They told me the battle is not yet over as Avalion was dodging Dariuses' earth projectiles. Fiona told right now is not for sleeping so wake up. I woke up with a new energy going to face Kael. this time I knew how to beat him. I ran with increased speed combined with my water magic. I ran so fast that the ground broke then I met face to face with Kael then I enveloped my hand with spiritual energy then punched. It sent him flying away. Then I jumped and kicked to him to the ground. he shrugged and used that same move. he teleported again. I remained calm and started focusing on his spiritual energy. Since were taught in class but we had never once trained it, so it was a gamble and the gamble worked. I punched him so hard that the earth had emitted more tremors. I jumped up and dealt the final blow. He went back spiraling back to the ground. I came down satisfied.
I thanked the gods for making me win this battle. I went back running to Avalion and Fiona and before I even reached, I fell to the ground. Avalion came rushing to me. He started tapping me and calling my name, but I was to wiped out to do anything. It seemed they defeated their opponents. Fiona went and picked their flags and took them to our base. She came back and immediately came to congratulate me I felt great. Before I could tell them something I drifted off and immediately slept.
