There was a brief silence instantly
The large clock on the wall began its final minutes
It was ten minutes remaining as the ticking suddenly sounded deafening
Scarlett adjusted the strap of her handbag as Jude still stood near the windows
Neither of them looked at each other for a while until Jude finally spoke
"Ten minutes left", he said quietly
Scarlett nodded
"Yes"
Jude looked at the two suitcases by the entrance of the door
"Hmmmmn....", he sighed
Scarlett looked toward the suitcases slowly
"Funny how ten years have quickly become tomorrow", she said quietly with a faint smile
Jude didn't answer as the clock ticked again
Scarlett suddenly turned away from the entrance as she stepped down the last stair and moved into the living area carefully
Jude frowned
"Where are you going to?", he asked
She looked back at him
"If I am leaving this house, I want to say goodbye to it properly"
"You want to say goodbye to the house? How?", Jude looked shocked
