Chapter 58: The feeling
Raze's Point of View....
Dear... Samantha. We're close to avenging you.
I won't stop until I make those guilty pay. They need to pay in the most violent way, we won't let them die because I want them to regret everything they did to you in prison.
"Darling... You need to rest."
I quickly shot the men heading in our direction. I smiled as I looked at Ace and Zein talking. They suddenly reminded me of my past... a past I should have buried in oblivion.
"NO! I'm not leaving without you! You're hit too and you've lost a lot of blood. You can no longer fight so I want you beside me! Damn!"
I laughed. "You two might just kill each other there!" I joked which they didn't seem to like because Zein raised an eyebrow at me while my brother gave me a stern look.
I cleared my throat before shooting again at those who tried to shoot us.
I suddenly remembered what I did to Zein. I kissed her... even if it was just the side of her lips, I know I'm dead if my brother finds out. Haha.
I thought I would fool Zein but I was wrong. I thought because of the hug and the kiss I gave her, she would think I was Ace. I even used their endearment but the heck! I didn't convince her! She must know him so well.
I glanced at the two again. Ace wiped the tear from Zein's eye. I smiled.
I am happy for my brother. Our life wasn't easy inside this hell. Ace suffered greatly when he found out that the people we considered family murdered our father and we couldn't do anything about it. I was scared for Ace because he was always quiet. He doesn't trust others easily anymore but because of this woman he returned to his old self. My brother managed to smile again.
When I felt that Ace's feelings for Zein were different, I did everything to protect her. I don't want to lose Zein because I can't stand seeing my brother hurt again.
I am willing to risk even my own life just to protect Miss Zein Shion. I want her beside my brother.
"You need to get well. You've lost a lot of blood too." Ace said in a calm but authoritative voice.
I just shook my head. How long will they argue? I grinned when an idea came to mind.

"Ace is right." They looked at me. "You need to be treated immediately, Zein. Let me do the favor." I held Zein's hand. "I'll take yo-"
"You don't have to. I'll take her."
Shit! Hahahaha. I knew it. The ace is really jealous.
"It should be me... but you don't want that."
"Kuya!" (Brother/Older male cousin)
"I said it's you..." I said laughing.
I watched Ace guide Zein to take her to the medical team. I just smiled... I wish we were like that now but... I guess I can only wish.

Zein's Point of View....
I know he can't fight anymore either so I won't let him out of my sight. I'm afraid I won't see him again.
"You shouldn't get too close to that jerk." Supremo said without even looking at me. "This is a warning, Zein Shion." He added.
I frowned before realizing who he was referring to. "How can you call your brother a jerk?" I sailaughing. "Walt- Are you jealous?" I joked.
"And so what? I have the right after all, darling. Yes, I am possesive. You are exclusively for me ONLY."
My eyes widened and I couldn't open my mouth anymore because I was so surprised by what he said. Yes, I know Supremo is really like this but I didn't expect-Ok. I still don't know him well enough.
"Tell me..." We stopped walking and he turned my face towards him. "Did what I said make you kilig (feel giddy/thrilled)?" He asked further, which made me laugh.
"You said that to make me feel kilig?"
"I mean it but I just want to know."
I held his hand. "Yes. I felt kilig." I felt embarrassed by what I said.
Seriously? Does he really need to know if I feel kilig or not? Damn it!
"Good." He said before assisting me again and we started walking.
We can still hear the gunshots around us. I'm not worried about my friends anymore because I know our companions won't abandon them.
"Where are you going?"
Nicky met us, holding a gun. She was also panting and her tired eyes were obvious. After all, there was a fight all night.
"Medical team,"
I was surprised when Nicky also assisted me. At first I hesitated but I just let her. Nicky was on my left while Supremo was on my right.
"You did it." Nicky said.
I don't know if she was talking to me but I felt like it was Supremo because I don't know what she was talking about.
"Yes, WE did it." Supremo replied.
Nicky laughed when she saw my wrinkled forehead.
"You are still too innocent." She said. "I am sorry." Her smile turned bitter when she said those words.
I didn't answer.
"I hope you understand why I threatened you to stay away from Supremo... I am sorry."
"I won't accept your apology unless you tell me why." I challenged.
I want to know why because I've been confused by her actions for a long time. I am confused as to why they all became an obstacle for me and Supremo.
She took a deep breath before focusing her gaze on the dark road.
"We want to save Supremo's position on SSG." She said.
"Why?" I know there's a deeper reason why they did that. It is not just about the position... A deep reason is still being keep.
"Because of Dark Hell Jail."
I swallowed after hearing that, along with a barrage of questions exploding in my mind. I need clarity because I'm confused.
How is Ferry here? How did he survive inside Dark Hell Jail?
"Headmistress and others might know what's behind Dark Hell Jail if Ace gives up the Presidency. You know that he's the one who established that kind of punishment, right?"
I just nodded before glancing at Supremo who was walking seriously. Silent. I don't know if he's listening or thinking something deeper.
"Dark Hell Jail is actually a tunnel from here to outside of University." SHe said. "It is also our way to communicate to the police officials outside. All students punished here don't actually die. They get to leave the university." SHe added.
That's explained why Ferry is still alive.
No wonder... No wonder I felt different when I first saw it. There are eyes inside that are probably one of our companions now.
Now I feel more ashamed that I almost ruined all their hard work. I want to apologize but shyness got ahead of me.
"This is our plan. Ace Craige and Raze Silvenia are the mastermind behind this."
We stopped when armed men surrounded us. Supremo and Nicky became alert but I know they are weak and can't handle this many enemies anymore.
"It's just sad that we lost an important member." His grip on my arm tightened so I felt his intense anger.
"And we don't fucking know who killed her... Not even a single idea." SHe said fiercely.
"It must be the crazy admin who did that." Supremo finally spoke.
I don't know who they are referring to.
"I hope so... I hope it's really them." Nicky replied.
"W-Who?" I asked.
It's funny that we are still talking so calmly even though armed men have surrounded us.
"The person who kept the secret formula for the long time.... Celine."
I was stunned after hearing that. Her? She's the student they were looking for who knows the formula? Did Madame Violet kill Celine to get the formula?
Fuck them!
"They even made it look like the Black Blood Gang did that, ah? Pathetic."
We heard gunshots along with all the armed men surrounding us falling down.
"No 'thank you' at all there?" Roxane said with a smirk while Sir Alvarez was beside her.
"We are here to accompany you to the medical team." Sir Alvarez said with a smile.
Nicky grimaced when Roxane pushed her and she took his place in assisting me.
"Bitch." I heard Nicky whisper, which Roxane ignored.
We started walking. Nicky was behind us and Sir Alvarez was in front, leading the way.
"So annoying!" Roxane said with a pout. "He's not Raze after all! UGH! I hate you guys!" She threw a tantrum like a child so I grimaced because her grip was hurting me.
"Stop it! You're hurting her!" Supremo barked at her.
Roxane just rolled her eyes at him and just turned her gaze to me. She smirked.
"I want you to be my friend."
I couldn't speak because of what she said. Not that I don't want to, but I don't want her to befriend me just because she sees her old friend in me.
"You should thank me..." She smiled at me. "I saved your life." She added.
I frowned because I didn't understand her. I looked at Supremo who was smiling before returning my gaze to Roxane.
"What do you mean?"
"I killed the jerk... Bloody week."
I was stunned when I realized what she meant. She was the one who killed the person who drew my name during the bloody week.
I can't believe she found it funny. "Now, we are friends." She kissed me on the cheek.
"What the-Who says you have the right to kiss her?"
"Easy, Supremo. It's just a friendly kiss."
We laughed at Supremo's behavior. A moment later, silence filled the surroundings. We were panting because we had been walking for a long time.
The cold wind blew so I looked up at the sky. Thick clouds had covered the stars and moon. A heavy rain threatened to fall.
"Wait... Is this really the way?" Nicky asked.
We all looked at Sir Alvarez who was smiling.
"Many armed men are guarding the real way. It's safer if we go this way." He explained.
We just continued walking like there was no end.
Sir Alvarez dropped a picture which he quickly picked up and put back in his pocket. He smiled at us before continuing to walk.
I felt Supremo's grip on my hand tighten so I looked at him.
I don't know why but I felt nervous. This is the first time I felt this nervous. I feel like something bad is going to happen.
"Darling, everything will be alright."
I hate this feeling... shit..
