"An Orange-beaked Tuna Bird." Milady slowly circled around her. Yu Gan made no move to attack, but she took two wary steps toward the seabird. "I've seen them while out at sea. They like to nest in large colonies. Is it injured?"
As she drew closer, the bird with the orange beak flapped its wings anxiously. Its bright red feet scrabbled in the white sand, but it couldn't manage to lift itself.
"You poor thing." Milady crouched beside it, able to almost touch the aura of fear that surrounded it.
Yu Gan seemed to be at a loss for words. When she finally spoke, her questions were all over the place. "What do we do if it's injured? Are there many more of these birds? You've been out on the sea?"
