Milady felt she could finally breathe again, releasing a breath she hadn't realized she was holding.
Yu Gan's expression grew darker. When Milady propped herself up against a tree trunk to stand, Yu Gan was startled, but in the end, she couldn't bring herself to activate the Pollution Crystal. With a turn, she plunged back into the woods.
This wasn't surprising. Milady had to defeat her, but Yu Gan only wanted to protect her own badge. Their fighting spirits were never on the same level.
