As we walked into the palace to meet the king and queen again to tell them the decision we have decided. The walk didn't take as long as i thought; and hoped it would. Standig in front of the king again was a different experience for me because not on ly is he royalty he is also my future father-in-law.
"Well we have talked about the ring the world tree gave us and decided to follow the advice given and get married at a later date." Ameria gathered the courage to blurt out to her parents. As i stood there looking at the king wanting to see his reaction. I was completely shocked that his reaction was almost without surprise as if he was expecting it. This also caused Ameria a great amount of shock.
"We figured as you would come to us at some point ant tell us this but; ugh this is a little earlier than i expected is all." The ing replied. A look of wearisome appeared on his face as he said this. "Ameria i can tell from one look at the man net to and can tell he has fallen in lve with you so much he is even willing toatack me to prove it. I will no be the who gets in front of you happiness. If this is your decision then i will accept t with open arms. Should i say congratulations?" The king replied happily.
"All we ask is you guys taje thing slow; which fom what i am seeing you guy have already agreed to that." th e queen said as well. "knowing my daughter has found her husband is a truly a miracle. She was so shy from all others i didn't think she would choose any one." The queen said happily.
"Certainly we have already discussed this before returning. What i want to ak from you guys would it be possible to take Ameria with me to see where i have been these law few years?" i asked of them. I stood there waiting for an answer but it seemed like i said something strange again. "Did i say something strange? Or is it because she is an adult i shuldnt ask for permission?" I asked slowly.
"No, not at all. We were just surprised seeing as where you are going isn't but like 3 miles." THe queen answered heartily. Then it hit me, duh, the tree is still in their territory. As i smacked my face with a facepalm; i realized how dumb i can be sometimes.
"Well then it you dont mind i will excuse my self to show ameria my home or atleast i think so?" i said as i tilted my head.
