In 1991, London's railway stations were still dominated by old steam trains.
The sharp whistle echoed through the station with a heavy sense of age and nostalgia.
Sean stood quietly near the platform entrance for a while before preparing to leave.
Then suddenly—
Someone tugged at the corner of his sleeve.
Turning around, he immediately saw Hermione Granger standing there with slightly flushed cheeks.
"Good morning, Sean," she said quickly. "What a coincidence."
Sean instantly saw through her.
She had obviously been waiting here for quite some time.
Still, he pretended not to notice and simply smiled politely.
"Morning. Let's go together."
Hermione's eyes immediately brightened.
Then, as expected, she began talking nonstop.
"Sean, have you already previewed the textbooks? I've finished reading every single one."
"The wizarding world is incredible, you know? And Professor Dumbledore is the greatest white wizard in history!"
She followed beside Sean while speaking excitedly without pause.
By this point, the two of them had already arrived in front of the barrier to Platform Nine and Three-Quarters.
"I haven't had time to read the books yet," Sean replied calmly. "Do you know how to enter?"
His true purpose was simple.
He hoped Hermione would stop talking for at least five seconds.
Unfortunately, he underestimated her enthusiasm.
"Of course!" Hermione immediately lifted her chin proudly. "Platform Nine and Three-Quarters is hidden behind a Muggle-Repelling Charm, and according to Hogwarts: A History—"
Before she could continue, Sean directly pushed his trolley forward and broke into a run.
Hermione froze.
Then she hurried after him in panic.
The moment Sean passed through the barrier—
A system notification suddenly echoed inside his mind.
[Congratulations to the host for completing check-in: Platform Nine and Three-Quarters.]
[Random reward package acquired.]
[Would you like to open it?]
Sean's eyes instantly lit up.
"Open it."
[Opening reward package…]
[Congratulations. You have obtained: Detailed Beginner Spell Analysis.]
[Congratulations. You have obtained: Training Room.]
[Congratulations. You have obtained: Spell Analysis Chamber.]
In an instant, an enormous amount of magical knowledge flooded violently into Sean's mind.
The sudden pain nearly made him collapse.
It felt as though countless spells and magical theories were being forcibly engraved directly into his brain.
Sean instinctively grabbed the trolley while clutching his head.
"Sean!"
Hermione had just crossed through the barrier and immediately panicked upon seeing his condition.
"Are you alright?!"
Fortunately, the pain vanished almost as quickly as it appeared.
Within seconds, everything returned to normal.
Sean slowly straightened and shook his head.
"I'm fine."
"Just a little dizzy."
Then he calmly pushed the trolley toward the train.
"Let's board first."
Inside the Hogwarts Express, Sean randomly selected an empty compartment.
The moment they entered, he immediately sat down and closed his eyes.
"I'm not feeling great," he said casually. "I need to rest for a bit."
Hermione instantly frowned.
"But you should at least preview the spell textbooks first," she said earnestly. "Hogwarts classes are supposed to be very difficult."
"It's fine," Sean replied lazily. "I'll look at them eventually."
Then, without waiting for her response, he directly closed his eyes again.
Mostly because Hermione talked far too much.
At this rate, she could probably lecture him all the way to Scotland.
Hermione opened her mouth as though preparing to continue speaking.
But after noticing Sean's exhausted appearance, she reluctantly gave up.
Instead, she quietly sat opposite him.
Then—
She couldn't help staring.
Raymond and Alice possessed absurdly good genes. Even at eleven years old, Sean already showed signs of becoming extremely handsome.
Sharp facial features.
Pale platinum-blond hair.
Elegant posture.
Even while resting quietly, he naturally carried a noble and composed aura.
Hermione gradually became distracted while looking at him.
Several moments later, she suddenly realised what she was doing.
Her face instantly turned bright red.
Fortunately, Sean still appeared to be asleep.
Meanwhile, Sean himself was busy organising the system rewards inside his mind.
The Beginner Spell Analysis reward was incredibly useful.
It contained almost every first-year spell taught at Hogwarts.
More importantly, the knowledge wasn't ordinary memorisation.
It felt deeply engraved into his instincts.
As long as he practised a few times, mastering those spells would be easy.
The second reward excited Sean even more.
The Training Room.
According to the system description, time inside the room flowed differently from reality.
Under certain conditions, time could accelerate up to ten times faster than the outside world.
In other words—
One day outside could equal ten days of magical training.
The only issue was that Sean still hadn't figured out how to activate it properly.
Some conditions were apparently still missing.
As for the third reward…
Sean honestly found it rather questionable.
The Spell Analysis Chamber.
It sounded impressive at first glance.
But after carefully reading the description, Sean discovered something absurd.
To analyse a spell completely…
He first had to personally experience being hit by it.
Sean's mouth twitched.
For example, if he wanted to analyse Avada Kedavra, did that mean someone needed to kill him first?
That hardly seemed practical.
Still, for ordinary spells, the ability remained extremely useful.
At the moment, Sean already had two major targets in mind.
First—
Sectumsempra.
Snape's signature curse possessed terrifying offensive power while consuming relatively little magic.
It was an incredibly valuable combat spell.
Second—
Legilimency.
After eleven years, Sean had already forgotten many details from the original Harry Potter storyline.
He needed a method to preserve and organise those memories before they vanished completely.
Legilimency and Occlumency would help tremendously.
The problem was…
How exactly was he supposed to convince Snape or Dumbledore to cast spells on a first-year student?
Thinking about it gave Sean a headache all over again.
Just then—
"Sean? Didn't expect to see you here."
A familiar voice interrupted his thoughts.
Sean slowly opened his eyes.
Draco Malfoy stood at the compartment entrance alongside two large boys.
"Malfoy," Sean said flatly, "didn't you notice I was sleeping?"
Draco immediately looked awkward.
Then he hurriedly pointed at the boys behind him.
"These are my friends, Vincent Crabbe and Gregory Goyle."
Goyle was already unusually large for his age, nearly towering over Sean despite only being eleven.
He glanced at Sean dismissively before sneering.
"Malfoy, since when do you hang around with Muggles?"
Then he wrinkled his nose exaggeratedly.
"Honestly, this compartment smells like filthy Mudbloods."
"If I were you, I wouldn't even stand near this place."
Hermione's face instantly flushed red with anger.
She looked furious enough to explode on the spot.
Meanwhile, Draco's expression changed dramatically.
He had only come to greet Sean and improve their relationship.
Who knew Goyle would suddenly start insulting him?
Draco hurriedly tugged Goyle backward.
"Shut up, Goyle," he hissed nervously. "We're leaving."
Sean, however, merely smiled calmly.
"Continue," he said softly. "Don't stop."
Goyle froze briefly.
Then he grinned smugly.
"What? Did I offend the little Mudblood lover?"
Crabbe laughed stupidly beside him.
Hermione looked ready to cry from anger.
Draco, meanwhile, was practically panicking internally.
His father had specifically warned him not to offend Sean Sebastian under any circumstances.
Yet now Goyle was practically dancing on a landmine.
"Let's go!" Draco snapped urgently.
The three boys immediately turned to leave.
Then Sean's cold voice suddenly sounded behind them.
"Stop."
A dangerous smile slowly appeared on his face.
"Did I say you could leave?"
