Jay's Pov
After sometime we go inside and I take the first aid and try to clean and band aid his wound,
Jay: "How did this happen?" I ask in a lower tone while cleaning his wound,
he flinches before he answer,
Keifer: "After that incident I took off in the car, in the middle I almost had an panic attack and hit a tree"
Jay: "That is too dangerous, you know that right"
he does not reply, I finish band aiding him,
I get up to keep the box away, he hold my hand and stop,
Keifer:"Please don't leave me alone" he asks in a pleading voice,
and I understood that he is in a vulnerable state right now,
Jay: "No I am not leaving lets go out, What do you want to do?"
Keifer: "Anything"
I want to lighten up his mood,
Jay: "Come with me " I said and held my hands out with a smile, he took it.
I took him to my car and started driving,
Keifer: "Where are we going?"
Jay: "Some place where it will change your mood"
He just nodded and started looking out, I just stared at him for a minute, I always thought he was just a rude rich guy, but I did not realise what he had been hiding all along, today always I assumed the worst of him before knowing the truth, I felt sorry for him because I know how tough it is be alone, also see his mom like that in such young age must have scarred him for life. Maybe that's why he wants someone to listen him and to be with him. I decided to be a good friend to him here after.
Jay: "We are here" I said stopping the car, both of us got down
Keifer: "Arcade? is isn't for kids?" he asked with a skeptical look,
Jay: "No, its for everyone who want to be happy, Now come in"
I said and led him in, first we went to the hand hockey,
Jay: "Ready?"
Keifer: "To beat you? Yes"
I can see him finally coming back to his normal self and I was happy that I made the right decision and brought him here,
Jay: "You wish, lets start"
We started playing and we were having fun, I actually missed this, coming here, I think its been a while since I came here, It was mostly because I was busy and also did not have anyone to come with,
And we finished I won the game, next we moved on to the knockout challenge and he punched so hard he got the high score here and gave a smug look and said,
Keifer: "See that is how it is done"
Jay: "Whatever"
Then I moved on to the claw machine because the plushie inside looked so cute, but like always it did not fall, while he was observing me,
Keifer: "Wait let me try"
he said and did and it actually fell, what the hell,
I patted him aggressively,
Jay: "Oh My God!!!!" he just laughed and picked the plushie and gave it to me,
Keifer: "Here"
Jay: "You can have it you won"
he chuckled and said, "I don't need this"
Jay: "You know you could give to Freya"
Keifer: "If could I would but she is not here and she doesn't care about these "
I gave a unreadable expression,
Keifer: "Besides your are the one who I have a crush on " he said with smug filled with sarcasm.
I smacked him and said, "Idiot"
Then we moved on to smashing of cans, and many others before we settled on 2 player video game, it was such a good thing, The match was everything, we kept playing for so long we did not realise how much time we have spent here until,
Staff: "Sir, Ma'am its closing time, you guys have to leave"
then we looked at each other and realised, how much time we have spent,
Jay: "Sorry"
Staff: "It's no problem ma'am, It was nice seeing couples like enjoying each other's company instead of fighting with each other "
My expression changed after he said that, and before I could correct him, Keifer started talking,
Keifer: "Thank you Sir" and tipped him,
then we came out of the store and I gave him a look and he understood,
Keifer: "What? We are supposed sell like we like each other"
Jay: "Nothing" I just nodded my head in a no,
then we came out to realise that almost all the shops ands restaurant have shut down because it was late,
Jay: "Noo"
Keifer: "What happened?"
Jay: "I am hungry and everything here is closed and I don't want to cook right now, I am really tired"
Keifer: "I can cook for you If you want "
I gave him an unbelievable look,
Keifer: " What?"
Jay:"You cook?"
Keifer: "Why is that so surprising?"
Jay: "No I always thought you were one of those people who have helpers for everything"
Keifer: "You always assume too much about me"
I gave a guilty look before we got into the car.
