"Well, sometimes I tend to forget things and start to laugh with no apparent reason like this...HAHAHAHA" said sunless.
"Well, you should hurry and don't worry we'll handle the paperwork since you're itachi's friend" he said hurriedly and urged them to go.
"You do know that you sounded like a deranged kid who had gone nuts to them right " said the sin of solace.
Sunless ignored him and started walking forward with itachi leading the way.
"Haah,Damm kid was scary"the guard said and started to write Sunless name on the paper.
While walking towards the mental hospital mad prince scanned his soundings and its people including the faces made on the hokage mountain.
He wanted to ask but didn't as the kid next to him seemed smart and would get suspicious.
Soon they arrived infront of the konohagakure hospital building.
"Thank you for helping me come here, you don't have to worry anymore I can get it checked on my own" sunless said with a smile.
"Don't worry about it ,I was the one who bring you so its my responsibility to get you checked up" itachi said while thinking.
'I should probably keep an eye on him for longer' he thought.
'This brat, doesn't he know to respect his elders' sunless cursed in his mind.
They entered the hospital together.
The hospital was filled with Shinobi's coming from from the Frontline as it was a war time.
They moved while hearing the screams of Shinobi's who were in there death beds.
They found a receptionist who was in a hurry arranging documents.
"Hello miss" itachi said
"What are you two doing,this isn't a place for kids, go play somewhere else" the women said and again got lost in work
"Hahahahhahahahah a kid, 1000 year old playing kid hahahahha" the sin of solace laughed while pointing his finger at sunless.
"Um miss..we are here for a psychological counseling" itachi said calmly.
"Who wants it" the women said without even looking at them.
"He does" itachi replied.
The women shifted her baffled gaze from the papers towards sunless who was raising his hand as if gesturing it was him.
It was very normal for Shinobi's to snap in the Frontline of wars and come seeking for mental health checkup but it was her first time seeing a 6 year old with a mental illness.
"You know what ,i don't even wanna listen to your reason, we are already short staffed so just....GET OUT" she said her voice becoming angry at the end.
Then shook her head and said "Kids these days don't even take war seriously tch"
Both sunless and itachi walked out of the hospital.
"I am Sorry, konohagakure is in a very hard situation due to war" itachi said with a solemn tone.
"Don't worry about it like I said i am already perfectly fine" said the mad prince.
Then with a little silence between them itachi finally spoke.
"Do you have any money" it was an honest question.
"No" it was an honest answer.
"Where do you plan to stay the night" itachi asked while looking the street.
"I don't have a plan yet, but i can camp outside for night" sunless said also looking at the street.
"You can come to my home if you don't want" itachi said
'Is this kid for real, well he is a kid after all' sunless thought.
"Won't your parents be angry" sunless asked looking at itachi.
"Don't worry, they'd be happy if I bring someone home as a friend" he said calmly.
'This world really is a beautiful if people like him exist in it, if only met him in the outskirts of my world' thought the mad prince.
"So do you want to come" itachi asked while looking him into his face.
He wanted to 'No' but his flaw forced him to answer "Yes".
"Then let's go" said itachi and then started to move towards the uchiha compound which wasn't moved to the outside of the village yet.
Soon enough he was in the uchiha compound.
He saw people in uchiha police uniform with a symbol of red fan on their back.
One of them said "hey, isn't that the clan heads kid"
The other one replied"yeah heard he's very talented and who's next to him, probably a friend I guess"
The third one replied with "Friend or not, he shouldn't be bringing a weakling to this compound" and others nodded their heads.
Both itachi and sunless walked off even as much as looking at them and ignoring as if they didn't heard a thing.
"So much for being happy seeing a kid's friend, the kid lied afterall" said the sin of solace.
Mad prince ignored him too like he didn't existed.
"I am sorry...they're just too arrogant" itachi said with a solemn expression that no 6 year old should have.
"Don't worry about it, those are just words not like they can do anything to me anyway."
Sunless said with a smile.
"Thank you" itachi replied and they walked forward.
Soon both of them arrived infront of his house arrived infront of itachi house and entered without any delay.
As soon as itachi entered he shouted "I am home" and started removing his slippers and sunless following his movements did the same.
Soon a less than year old baby appeared from the side room and started crawling towards them.
Itachi hurried towards the baby and gently picked him up in his arms and the baby started smiling.
At that moment Itachi's mother appeared from the same room and said "Welcome back itachi" then her gaze flicked towards sunless and she said
"Who might this little guest be " she asked with a gentle smile.
"Nice to meet you miss I am sunless,Itachi's friend" Sunless said.
Her eyes fell back on the Itachi as if confirming it.
Itachi nodded and her face little up with a genuine smile.
"Welcome dear, think of it as your own home "she said warmly.
