Continuation of last chapter:
Jay's pov:
"So Jay... where is the boy you sneaked into your room?" Dad asked suddenly.
I choked on my food.
Dane hid laugh.
"Yes Jay?" Mama leaned in for gossip.
"You know?"
"We all do baby sistah. We are all awake when you helped keifer baby sneak in." Percy grinned.
My cheeks turned into shade of pink that even foundation cannot hide it.
"He's in my room...." I said quietly embarrassed.
My mom looked at one of the maids.
"Tell him to come down..."
The maid nodded as she headed upstairs.
When keifer came down. He froze.
I don't know why. His gaze on my dad looked like:
'why is your dad trying to kill me?'
I took a deep breath and got up. I walked beside keifer and interlocked my hand in his.
"Mama, Papa. This Mark keifer Watson the boy I love."
I told them. I introduced him. confident. sure I was in love with him.

Keifer's pov:
When the maid called for a second I panicked because I hadn't prepared anything for my future in laws.
But I didn't know a much bigger shock would struck me.
When I got down the first person I saw was Mr. Mariano.
Jaspher Mariano.
I froze.
I looked at Jay. I thought I had rejected her cousin. I hoped the person I rejected was her cousin.
Mr. Mariano raised eyebrow like eyes trailing from head to toe scanning me for any disagreement.
Jay got up from her seat and interlocked her hand in mine. I held her hand tighter.
"Mama, Papa. This Mark keifer Watson the boy I love." she introduced me.
My breath hitched.
"He's.... a good choice baby" Her mom nodded.
"I have nothing to say princess." Jare said, chewing his food.
"Whatever my baby sistah want." Percy said dramatically.
"As long as Ate is happy." Dane nodded.
I looked at Mr. Mariano looking for the same approval.
"I thought you rejected her Mr. Watson" Mr. Mariano leaned forward.
I panicked.
"Mr. Mariano. I loved jay for jay. I didn't know she was your daughter or a Mariano. I love her. If I had known I wouldn't have rejected the engagement." I said in one breath.
"What engagement!?" All the 4 sibling yelled together looking between their dad and me.
"I didn't tell him that... Jay was my daughter. I proposed a engagement between Jay and him. But he rejected it." Her dad explained.
"Ok." Jay nodded calmly.
Which scared me more.
"Jay I can explain." I panicked.
She chuckled.
"I'm... happy you did. Because you don't love me for a Mariano keifer. You love me for me." She replied.
My eyes immediately softened.
"Thanks." I whispered.
She smiled softly. My heart did a weird flip every time she smiled at me.
"Mama, papa.... Jare is dating too!" Jay announced suddenly and grabbed my hand bolting upstairs to her room.
"JAYYYYYYYYYYYYY!" Jare yelled his voice echoing inside the big mansion.
After entering room Jay sighed and grinned.
"So.... what to do now?" I asked her.
"I am sleepy keifer." She replied as she jumped onto the bed to sleep.
I smiled. As I laid beside her.
Us. Face facing each other.

Jay's pov:
My heart was doing a worm like dance. We were facing each other...
Eyes never leaving.
Then suddenly he leaned closer and kissed my cheek slowly.
Then my jaw.
Then near my ear.
Each kiss soft enough to make my heart go crazy.
One of his hands stayed around my waist while the other moved gently tilting my chin slightly up.
His lips slowly connected to mine.
The kiss slowly deepened, warm and affectionate, making my cheeks burn completely.
The way this man kissed me always felt dangerous for my heart.
He hugged me closer again and buried his face near my neck comfortably.
"I like being beside you Jay." He murmured face still buried. I can feel his hot breath.
I smiled without realising.
I like this version of us.
slowly his arms wrapped around me tighter under the blanket.
Warm.
Comforting.
Home.
He pulled back, eyes glimmering by seeing me.
"Jay....." He said softly.
"What?"
"Be my girlfriend Jay. I don't want you to forgive me. thank you for giving me a chance. I'll spend my life proving to you that I can be trustworthy. Just let me stand beside you." He said softly.
I didn't know what to say.
I hesitated.
