Jay was still laughing hard.
Dane pouted angrily.
Keifer was offended terribly.
A knock.
All of them froze.
"Jay, It's me. Can me and Percy come in?" Jare called out.
They came in.
Percy froze. Jare didn't
"He snuck in." Percy whispered.
"Not really. this bastard has been here since yesterday." Jare corrected.
"Y-you know!" Jay asked in disbelief
Jare rolled his eyes.
"I'm your twin ofc I do"
"Keifer baby!" Percy said excited.
"Percy stop calling me baby!" Keifer warned.
Percy chuckled and tossed something to keifer.
"What is this?"
"Skincare products!" Percy grinned.
"Why the hell do I need this?" Keifer raise a brow.
"You need it to be handsome ofc! But not more than me." Percy said.
Keifer sighed.
Jay and Dane laughed.
"Seriously percy? Why does every sentence that comes out of your mouth has to include your ugly- monkey face." Jare asked annoyed.
Percy's smile vanished.
Jay laughed harder.
"Kuya percy you just got roasted!" Dane laughed.
"Enough!' Jare voice cut out sharper than necessary.
Dane flinched. Jay stopped laughing. Percy sighed. Keifer's expression darkened into a serious mode.
"What happened?" Keifer asked voice rough.
Jare smiled irritated.
"Family business Watson... I really hate you... My sister deserves better. If you can just stay silent." Jare clarified.
He turned to Jay.
"The devils want you downstairs, mom and dad are already there."
Jay nodded.
"They are annoying...." Dane admitted.
"I know buddy..." Jare admitted.
"They aren't that bad at the same time... Lola was nice to me." Jay admitted softly.
"We need to go. Lola and Lolo will be happy to see my handsome face." Percy exclaimed.
They groaned.
The siblings walked out. Jay paused and look back at Keifer.
"Stay quiet! Don't roam around." Jay warned.
Keifer smirked.
"Sure! Whatever my wifey says."
Jay rolled her eyes but her mouth twitched slightly. She loved it when keifer calls her 'wifey' but doesn't admit. (A/N: Jayyyyy just forgive him already!)
She closed the door and walked towards the dining area.
"Good morning!" She greeted.

Jay's pov:
the air felt lighter today. Better. Lolo and Lola looked different. Unbelievable. Mom and Dad look happy.
That somehow made me feel better.
"Jay your engagement is cancelled." Lolo announced casually.
My fork- stopped mid-bite
"What?"
"Your engagement is cancelled... Jason cancelled it." Lola said.
I blinked.
"Why?"
I didn't need to ask. but I was curious why they did.
"Because...." Lolo started.
He paused.
"Because Jason was... umm...."
Lolo stuttered, which was sooo not him.
"Because he doesn't love you!" Lola said.
I nodded.
But I didn't believe it.
Jason loves me. I know that. This lie was the most stupidest lie I have ever heard.
"We need to go... Back to the company." Lolo got up immediately. Lola went right behind him.
As soon as they did I-
No we-
Turned to mom and dad.
"Explain mama!" Jare sqeaked.
Dad chuckled.
"It was your grandparents decision. They knew you didn't want this engagement so they cancelled it as soon as they got the benefit out of it." Mom explained.
"How did Jason's uncle and aunt agree?" Percy asked.
"They didn't." Mom admitted.
"But Jason said he didn't want to force you... Plus it won't ruin either sides image because the engagement wasn't public." Dad explained.
"Mama, papa? Ate and Kuyas whole school know about the engagement." Dane asked confused.
Me and Jare nodded immediately.
"Well, you guys can tell that it was a rumor." Percy suggested.
"That's.... actually a good idea. Good job blue eyed monkey!" Jare clapped.
"Maaaaa!" Percy wailed.
"Percy... Jare.. stop it. Percy stop being self- obsessed. Jare stop calling him a monkey."
Percy scoffed and grinned at Jare.
"Ma?" I called out.
She looked at me.
"Can I call him a monkey then?" I asked, innocently
Percy scoffed again.
"Ma would never agree to-"
Mom cut him off.
"Whatever you want princess." Mom smiled, sweetly softly.
Percy's jaw hit the floor. Like his soul had completely betrayed him and left him.
Dane and Jare laughed hard.
Dad chuckled.
"Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!" Percy wailed.
Mom glared at him.
I snuck my tongue out to percy.
He wiped his fake dramatic tears and said:
"No one acknowledges this beauty!"
" kuya Percy... I don't have a brother who is handsome." Dane blinked.
percy frowned.
And somewhere in between I had a feeling everything was right. Too right now. Just like that, the mansion felt lighter. Better in a way I wanted.
But it would be even better if.... Jax and hipag will be allowed and accepted.
