Keifer pov:
Every second felt like needle stabbing my chest, when a gun was pointed at Jay.
I wanted to speak shout but I was totally defenseless. But she?
She kept talking back until a slap hit. The sound echoed.
When a gunshot fired.
We all flinched except Jay.
But more likely she looked pale when she saw the boy.
"....Jax...." Her voice carried disbelief of that name.
Behind him more people. They ran quick, acted fast and captured my father's men.
All of them were caught kneeling on the ground.
"Who the hell are you?" My father yelled.
But we stood- shocked.
Tears filled Jay's eyes.
Who the hell is Jax?
I seemed to remember?
His eyes locked onto Jay he ran to her.
Checked her. Spinning her. checking her arms. Bending down checking her legs. And face.
Then he sighed. A relief sigh.
"You scared the shit out of me." Jax mumbled.
He turned towards my father walking up.

Jax walked up to kaizer.
Jax was never the type to speak out loud. He was the type slice people or burn people in ashes. His action has always spoke louder than words. Jay was the most important person to him.
One small cut. He fired a doctor just because the cut did not heal in 2hrs.
But that power left him when he left the Mariano's. But no. He was no different from Jare. After he left, He started his own business with the support of his girlfriend. He was also an underground mafia. But the gangs were not that strong. But strong enough, because they had connections.
Now, Here he was. Present again for Jay.....
His favourite sibling. His little princess...
Jax whispered to kaizer.
"Illegal works.....Raping woman, selling them, Illegal money overseas...I'm pretty sure there is more from where that came from. I'm no saint. You touched my little princess called her useless??? You think I'll stand and watch all this!? Run before I kill you or freeze your bank accounts! This is a warning! A threat!"
Jax stepped back. Kaizer face was pale.
He looked around all where confused. He looked at his little sister soaked in tears.
Turned back to face kaizer.
"Hurt her one more time or you will regret it! Because then you will know what my blood contains" His voice was firm. A command.
Section E flinched.
Because he sounded a bit like Angelo.
Kaizer moved quick. His men followed.
He turned looked at his little princess.
"Hey....princess long time no see. Aren't you going to give your brother a hug."

Jay's pov:
The word 'long time' ringed on my ears. My face covered by salty tears.
"JAXY!"
I ran I hugged him tight.
OK. NO! it was a lie.
I Jumped at him so hard. we both fell to the ground. Our grip were firm on each other.
"Woah! Easy there!" He mumbled and kissed my forehead.
"Kuya!" A kid's voice echoed.

Keiren ran to kiefer and hugged him tight. Keigan Joined the three of them hugged each other tight.
Keifer looked at Jax.
"Umm...thank you."
Wow he hesitated? Unbelievable.
But Jax wasn't looking at keifer.
I followed his gaze.
Ahh! the bracelet which was on keiren's hand.
All followed his gaze. Sensing the tension Keifer gave the bracelet back to me.
"So what does this do?" Keifer asked.
Before I could answer kuya answered it for me.
"Sends distress signal to all of us. Especially to the person who is near. Also can you press the gem again. The bracelet is vibrating non-stop on my wrist now...it's annoying"
Ok classic Jax. He's back.
I pressed the gem. It stopped glowing.
But ofc my brother had to ruin it.
"3 months" he said smirking.
"2 months what?"
"You will know....A surprise awaits and I'm back in the...you know"

"Wait kuya...do you mean that the old hags..."
I stopped myself.
He nodded.
I squealed so hard that everyone covered their ears.
"THAT'S GOOD!"
"Well I have to leave before they come." Jax's voice cut through my happiness.
"Bakit? Stay pls?"
I pleaded tears forming in my eyes. He just smiled in response.
"I'm sorry I can't let them see me....Neither should you. Staying near will bring you danger. 3 months....I'll come back I promise."
The word...felt real.
I wanted to believe and I did.
He turned to Aries and Walked up to him.
"Do your duty as brother....Not as coward." His voice carried threat.
He didn't like Aries. I knew that.
Aries trembled. and nodded slightly feared.
Jax walked and ruffled my hair. Walked away.
I saw him fading away.
A hand touched my shoulder.
"He will come back Jay" Keifer said pitying me.
I hated when they pity.
I nodded.
Because patience was important. I waited 3 years. I'll wait for 3 more months.
