Head Coach Irihata quickly made another substitution. He substituted Watari(libero) in place of Kunimi.
Karasuno served.
Kageyama served. He tossed the ball into the air and served the ball powerfully.
The ball went towards back row.
Watari immediately crouched down and stretched his arms to receive the ball. He carefully absorbed the ball's energy and momentum. He successfully passed the ball to Yahaba.
Yahaba made a high set towards the left side of the court.
Kirito immediately made an approach.
Seeing the set up, Tsukishima and Hinata immediately jumped together to block Kirito.
Tanaka remained in the right side of the court to anticipate cross-court spike or other spikers.
BOOOM!
The ball blasted uncontested above the block.
"Spike over the block!"

"We'll get next point!" Tanaka shouted.
Aoba Johsai served.
Head coach Irihata immediately subbed Kunimi back in place of Watari.
Yahaba stepped up to serve.
The ball went to Ennoshita of Karasuno's back row.
He received the ball and passed the ball to Kageyama.
Kageyama analyzed the blockers. He saw Kirito and Kindaichi were ready to set up a block for both Hinata and Tanaka.
Hinata immediately darted to the right side of the court again. Tanaka made a run approach from the left side of the court.
Daichi also made a run approach from behind to perform a back-row attack. Ennoshita positioned himself to receive the ball in the back row.
Kirito and Kindaichi clicked their tongues in frustration.
Kageyama had a doll-like body posture, not giving any indication on who he was going to set the ball to.
Hinata leapt high into the air before the ball could reach in Kageyama's hands. Kirito immediately darted and jumped to block Hinata. A solo block.
Even though Kirito jumped late, his height was enough to block. Kirito's arm stretched over Hinata's whole face. His arm's shadow was all over Hinata's face.
Hinata was stunned by the absurd block he was facing.
But, the ball never came to Hinata.
Kirito looked at Kageyama with stunned face.
Kageyama smirked.
Kirito who had already adapted to both Hinata and Tanaka's spikes, immediately jumped down and went after Tanaka on the left side of the court.
"Orahh!" Tanaka shouted as he arched his back to perform a nasty spike.
But, Kirito jumped to block Tanaka. Another solo block.
Tanaka felt immense pressure from the block. The block seemed to execute him any time. But, he didn't fear nor coward. This was his time to shine and make a mark.
Tanaka swung his arm violently. But, the ball didn't come to Tanaka.
Both Tanaka and Kirito became stunned in mid-air. Both of them looked to Kageyama in a bewildered way.
"What is he planning?!" Kirito shouted in his mind.
Kirito's pupil dilated and widened when saw the set. The set was going to Daichi for a back-row spike.
Kirito immediately jumped down and went to Kindaichi and Hanamaki to set up a triple block.
Although, Kirito reached later than Kindaichi and Hanamaki, his height and jump was enough to put up a solid block.
Daichi from the left back row position jumped to perform back-row spike.
Kirito, Hanamaki and Kindaichi jumped in unison to block the spike.
But-
Bam!
Kageyama didn't set the ball to Daichi either. Kageyama grinned wildly.
Kageyama dumped the ball into Aoba Johsai's court.
No body from Aoba Johsai could contest the dump. Everybody were too focused on blocking the last probable spike, only to get tricked and fooled.
"Setter's dump."

Kirito slumped on the ground. He was breathing heavily. After, three continuous jump to attempt block, he became tired. Nonetheless, he was smiling.
Kageyama totally played with everybody. He toyed everyone on the court.
But-

Kirito adapted to the setter's dump.
"KAGEYAMA! What did you just do?!" Hinata shouted as he came to celebrate with Kageyama.
"That was so cool!" he added.
"Although, you should have set the ball to me, haha!" Hinata said joyfully.
Tsukishima for the first time didn't reprimand. That play was pure genius by Kageyama. He even tricked his own teammates.
"Haha, that was really good, Kageyama. You even got me!" Tanaka said while thumping his chest.
"Beautiful play, Kageyama." Daichi said smilingly.
"Thank you, Daichi-senpai." Kageyama said.
Kageyama looked down to Kirito. He stared at Kirito with dead, patient eyes- waiting for Kirito to try again. He smirked and went back to his position.
"What an exceptional and fabulous setter." Head Coach Irihata said.
"Yeah, quite a monster." Coach Mizoguchi replied.
"I feel like ripping the board I'm holding." Coach Takeda said.
Shimizu became stunned and laughed.
"Coach, calm down. We still have a lot ahead of us." She said in sweet tone.
"Ah, sorry. I became too overjoyed. But, that was a magnificent play by Kageyama."
The referee whistled to resume the match.
Tsukishima stepped to serve. He served a basic serve.
Kunimi immediately received the ball and passed to Yahaba.
Yahaba set the ball to Kirito.
Kirito made a run approach and leapt high into the air.
Daichi, Tanaka and Hinata all set up a triple block.
Kirito's whole arm and hands were above the block.
BOOM!
The ball landed towards the back row near Tsukishima.
"Spike over the block!"

Aoba Johsai served.
Kindaichi stepped up to serve. He did a float serve.
The ball floated towards Tsukishima. Tsukishima barely saved the ball and passed a bad ball to Kageyama.
Kageyama unfazed by the bad pass, positioned himself to set the ball perfectly.
Hinata immediately jumped once again. Kageyama smirked and set a quick set to Hinata.
Hinata was already in mid-air poised to spike the ball. Hinata didn't see any block infront of him.
But suddenly, Kirito appeared right infront him. Kirito's extended his arm above Hinata's face. A solo block.
The ball came right infront of Hinata in a blink of an eye.
The ball seemed to pause in mid-air, right infront of Hinata. A picturesque set from Kageyama.
Hinata spiked the ball.
Boom!
Smack!
Kirito executed the ball and returned the ball back into Karasuno's court.
"Block point!"

Aoba Johsai served.
Kindaichi served. He served with a float serve.
The ball floated towards Tsukishima once again.
Tsukishima received the ball and immediately passed the ball to Kageyama.
Hinata again jumped into the air.
Hanamaki immediately jumped to block Hinata.
But, Kageyama set the ball to the left side of the court. Daichi leapt into the air and spiked the ball.
Kirito and Kunimi immediately jumped to set up a double block.
Daichi swung his arm, but the ball flew past him.
Tanaka made a run approach and jumped to spike the ball.
Kirito immediately jumped down and went for a solo block.
Tanaka arched his back and violently hammered the ball.
BOOOM!
SMACK!
Kirito murdered the ball infront of everyone. The ball landed quickly into Karasuno's court.
"Block point!"

Aoba Johsai served.
Kindaichi served once again.
The ball flew towards Hinata.
Hinata crouched down into the ground and extended his arm to receive the ball. The ball collided with his arm and bounced high into the air.
Kageyama immediately ran after the ball.
Hinata immediately got up and ran into right side of the court.
Hanamaki set up a solo block for Hinata. But, the ball didn't go to Hinata.
The ball went to Daichi.
Kirito and Kunimi both jumped in unison to set up a double block.
Daichi jumped and spiked the ball.
The ball touched Kunimi's palm and went into Aoba Johsai's court.
"One touch!"
Iwaizumi immediately ran and set the ball to Kirito in one single motion.
Kirito from the right side of the court began his approach. His strides were powerful each steps he took.
Daichi, Tanaka and Hinata sensing the danger immediately set up a triple block.
Kageyama and Tsukishima positioned themselves carefully to receive the ball at the back row.
Ennoshita stayed towards the left side of the back court to receive the ball incase Kirito cross-courts the ball.
Kirito launched off the ground. He arched back like a bow. His arms cocked back. His eyes locked in.
Kirito violently hammered the ball like a sledgehammer shattering concrete. A gunshot sound echoed across the gym.
BOOOM!
The ball detonated. The ball violently obliterated the block. Tanaka, Hinata and Daichi all fell back on the ground. Kageyama immediately ran to save the ball. The ball vehemently slammed against his forearm and bounced up to the ceiling and went out of bounds.
"Power-spike!"

Tanaka gulped heavily. Hinata shivered. Daichi stood stunned. Ennoshita was speechless. Tsukishima didn't speak but had a bad premonition. Kageyama slumped on the ground with his face facing the ground.
Coach Takeda immediately wanted to call for a timeout. But, Kageyama looked at him and stopped from doing.
"I'm trusting you, Kageyama." Coach Takeda thought.
Aoba Johsai served.
The ball went to Tsukishima.
Tsukishima received the ball and set the ball to Kageyama.
Kageyama set the ball to Tanaka.
Tanaka made a run approach and spiked the ball with force.
BOOM!
Kirito and Hanamaki set up a double block.
Tanaka avoided the block entirely and performed a cross-court spike.
Kirito immediately moved his hands to block the ball, but was seconds late.
*CLINK*
Kirito adapted to the cross-court spike.
Iwaizumi from the back row ran to save the ball.
Kirito ran towards the right side of the court. Yahaba set the ball to Kirito.
Kirito launched off into the air.
Hinata and Daichi set up a double block. Tanaka couldn't recover on time to set up a triple block.
Kirito's arms angled in an extreme posture. It looked dislocated. His elbows were kissing the air. He slammed the ball with every ounce of strength he had.
BOOOM!
Like a gunshot, the ball obliterated the block. Daichi and Hinata stood no chance.
The ball slammed violently into Karasuno's court and ricocheted up into the air.
"Spike over the block/Power-spike."
[Aoba Johsai 6 - 11 Karasuno]
Kirito landed. He grinned. He turned back to his teammates and celebrated with them.
"Did you see my spike, Yahaba-senpai?" Kirito asked teasingly.
"Iwaizumi-senpai sets the ball way better than-"
Thud!
"Oi! Let me finish my sentence!" Kirito shouted.
"I'm guessing you were about to say that Iwaizumi-senpai sets the ball way better than me?" Yahaba said with piercing gaze.
Iwaizumi glared terrifyingly at Kirito.
Kirito gulped.
"Ahaha, I'm just joking. I was going to say Iwaizumi-senpai sets the ball way better than my grandma!" Kirito said while smiling sheepishly and scratching back of his head.
Thud! Thud!
Kirito stood in his position with bruise in his right and left cheek. Both Yahaba and Iwaizumi punched Kirito hard.
"I'm saying this again, Kindaichi. Yahaba and Iwaizumi are both wolf in sheep's clothing." Kirito whispered to Kindaichi.
"They punch so hard. That's pure evil." he added.
Kindaichi looked pale.
"Are you okay? Why are you so pale?" Kirito asked.
Kindaichi just pointed his finger behind Kirito.
Kirito looked behind him and swallowed nervously.
"Ahaha, I meant that both of you are saints sent from heaven. The innocent angels." Kirito said with most innocent face and smiled.
Thud!
Yahaba punched Kirito's head.
Thud!
Iwaizumi punched Kirito's stomach.
"Oi! I am going to complain to coach, if you continue doing this!" Kirito demanded while rubbing his stomach.
"Oh yeah? Go for it." Both of them said in unison.
"Head coach, they are bullying me!" Kirito complained to Irihata.
"Haha, that's called youth. What a time to be youth." Head coach Irihata said.
"What's up with you, old man?" Kirito asked.
Head coach Irihata paused and veins bulged in head.
"Iwaizumi and Yahaba, I don't think Kirito has learned much about youth. Please give him some enlightenment." Head coach Irihata said while smiling with his eyes closed.
"Yes, coach." They said in unison while grinning evilly.
