Walking out of the dust, Tekio used his large hands to try to dust himself off before noticing his ripped-up hoodie.
"Is there anyone who needs help?" a staff member asked, walking onto the scene.
A few of the prospective students raised their hands and started heading towards the staff member. Other testees were injured but were too proud to go and get help from the staff members.
'I'm going to be a hero,' they thought, 'I can't be weighed down by this!' they proudly thought.
A large hand then got placed down on one of the testee's backs. Turning around, they saw Tekio standing there behind them.
"Can I help you?" they asked.
Tekio then put his other hand in the air and started to wave his hand in the air.
"Hey, what are you doing?" the testee asked, trying to shake out of Tekio's grip in vain.
Out of curiosity, the staff member walked over to the giant testee to see what was up.
Seeing that the staff member was coming over, Tekio began to point at the other testee's side.
"Something wrong with his side?" the staff member asked.
"No! I don't know what he's talking about," the testee replied.
The staff member then looked up at the non-vocal testee.
"Let me see your side," the staff member asked.
"Fine, I don't think it's that bad," the testee replied, pulling the side of their shirt.
The staff member pressed their hand on the testee's side, causing the testee to let out a small whine.
"I'm not a doctor, but I think you need to get that checked out," the staff member said.
"I think I'm fine," the testee replied.
"You're going," the staff member ordered while pointing over to a small area where other injured students were gathered, without any room for argument.
"Fine," the testee said before walking over the area.
"Good going, kid, you must have some good eyes," the staff member said.
Tekio didn't respond as the staff member looked at Tekio's eyeless face.
"Good sight," the staff member corrected before taking a deep breath, "Good," they said, walking away.
Tekio then walked to the backpack drop-off area to pick up his backpack. As he walked, some of the battle rubble ended up under Tekio's foot.
Though when he stepped on the rubble, it was embedded in the floor.
Getting to his backpack, Tekio reached in and pulled out a fresh hoodie. Out of curiosity, some of the testees looked into Tekio's backpack.
They saw it was filled with hoodies and pants. After watching Tekio fight and rip his hoodie, it made sense to the testees why Tekio had a bunch of extras of all his clothes.

Sitting on the bus on the way back to his house, Tekio didn't fit nearly as well as he did when he was sitting in the U.A.
As well, the people around him weren't as welcoming.
"Hello, police?" a women said into her phone, "I think there's villain on my train, the train is bound to," the women explained to the officer.
Tekio took a deep breath, before staying still.
Others who hear the women talking looked at her, then back at Tekio with fearful faces.
Getting up, Tekio carefully maneuvered towards the woman while making sure he wasn't stepping on other people's toes.
"He's coming closer, please hurry," the woman whispered into her phone.
Tekio, crouching down in front of the woman, put his hands up and started to shake them.
"Jazz hands?" the woman muttered looking at Tekio's hands, they were about as big as the purse she was carrying.
Tekio then pointed his fingers at himself, before giving a thumbs up. He then repeated what he did, but instead of pointing at himself he pointed at the woman in front of him.
A few seats over from the women, a child began to cry.
Tekio sighed.

"Oh hey Mr. Suru," the officer said walking over to Tekio.
Tekio waved back at the officer.
He and the woman who called the police were sitting outside a train station that was rather close to Tekio's house.
The officer that came out to the call had seen Tekio many times. Ever since he had been placed to work in this city, he had been called out to deal with a large villain with wings on his head and no lips.
And every time he came face to face with the person, Tekio had somehow managed to calm them down.
In his years of service, the officer had never met another person who was so good at calming people down. He wished he had a fraction of that ability, if he did, he could get one good promotion.
"I am so sorry," the woman apologized bowing to Tekio.
Tekio bowed as well.
"No, please don't bow, it's my fault," the woman said standing up.
"Ehem," the officer coughed.
"And I'm sorry for calling you for nothing," the woman apologized bowing to the officer.
"Oh, well, it's fine, if you really want to make it up to me, we could go drinking after my shift," the officer offered.
"I hope you have a nice day," the woman said quickly running back into the train station.
The officer watched her as she left.
"Ah, a man can try," the officer said, "Now you have a good day Mr. Suru," the officer said waving to Tekio while walking off.
Tekio waved back, the smile on his face was wide.
No one was hurt, no one was mad, and everyone left on good terms. Tekio would call that a good interaction.

"Tekio!" his mother called from the kitchen out as Tekio paused the TV in his room, "There's some mail here for you! From U.A.!" his mother specified.
Tekio quickly stood up, hitting his wheel floating above his head on the ceiling. Ducking down, he rushed through the house and to his mom.
"Tekio! You know not to rush!" she scolded.
Tekio sat and bowed his head down.
"Give the boy some slack," his dad said, walking into the kitchen, "He's excited," he explained.
"We'll talk about it later," Ms. Suru said, "Here, open it," she said putting the envelope in her son's hand.
Tekio carefully used his index finger and thumb and opened the flap of the envelope. He then poured the contents of the envelope on the nearby table.
It was a single metal disk with a speaker on the inside. As soon as it hit the table, it began to hum.
"I am here as a projection now!" All Might yelled out from the disk.
A screen was projected from the disk showing All Might in a yellow suite, though Tekio kept his head pointed down at the disk.
"As the newest U.A. faculty member, I am in charge of recordings student's letters!" All Might explained, "And you young Tekio, passed the written exam, though it took a bit to decipher your words," he added, "And you got ninety-two Combat Points!" All Might announced.
"Good for you!" Mr. Suru said patting his son on the back.
"However, combat is not the only sign of a hero, there are Rescue Points given out to those who chose to help others!" All Might then said, "By saving people who were going to be hurt by the faux villains, which was, probably intentional, you earned twenty more points!" All Might told Tekio.
Tekio's lipless mouth curved into a wide smile while looking at the metal disk.
"Welcome Tekio Suru U.A. High School," All Might said to Tekio.
