Chapter 9 - Chapter 9: Absorbing Deliora

As the scarlet energy erupted.

Crack!

Deliora's back exploded.

A large hole appeared in the middle of Deliora's chest.

The ribs that supported its body, the heart that was the source of its Magic, all vanished.

The green light in Deliora's eyes instantly dimmed.

It opened its large mouth, wanting to gather energy to roar, but its mouth only moved slightly.

The energy that had just begun to gather quickly dissipated, unable to continue.

Deliora's body uncontrollably fell forward.

Super Giant Form Urshifu (Single Strike Style) roared.

"Roar--"

The power of purification erupted, and Deliora's aura became even weaker.

Then, it retracted the Urshifu claw that had pierced through Deliora's chest.

Super Giant Form Urshifu (Single Strike Style)'s body emitted a red light, and its form rapidly shrunk.

After an unreserved eruption.

The galar particle energy within Super Giant Form Urshifu (Single Strike Style) was completely depleted, and it reverted back to its Urshifu (Single Strike Style) state, returning to its two-meter-tall form.

Then, with a flash of red light, it entered the Poké Ball on Gar's waist.

Without a point of support, Deliora's mountain-like body fell to its knees with a 'rumble--' and then pitched forward, completely collapsing onto the ground, unable to get back up.

On the hillside.

Ur was a little surprised, completely not expecting Gar's hidden move to be like this.

Were those two giant guys summoned beasts?

What powerful summoning Magic.

Gray and Lyon stared in shock at the fallen Deliora:

"Is... is it... resolved?"

Such a powerful Demon was pierced through and killed with just one strike...

Lyon swallowed, his scalp tingling.

Although Ur's recent persuasion had helped him open up a little.

But the scene before him was too outrageous, wasn't it?!

He killed Deliora with one strike?!

Lyon couldn't help but feel fortunate that he had realized this early.

Otherwise, how embarrassing would it be to go around proclaiming himself the strongest Magician!

He suspected that even if he cultivated for another ten years, he might not be able to defeat the current Gar.

Not to mention the summoned beast that killed Deliora with one strike.

As Deliora fell.

Under Gar's command, Super Giant Form Gengar let out an evil laugh.

It opened its abyssal maw, which seemed to connect to the underworld.

Psychic power was applied to Deliora, lifting it up, and then Super Giant Form Gengar inhaled.

Deliora's body was uncontrollably sucked into Super Giant Form Gengar's mouth.

As if being swallowed, it disappeared.

Then, Gengar voluntarily dispelled its Super Giant Form.

Swish!

It flashed to Gar's side:

"Gengar!"

It looked like it was asking for praise.

Gar smiled and stroked Gengar's head, and Gengar floated up with a smile.

Then, it continued to shrink its body and floated to sit on Gar's shoulder.

Before Gar's eyes, a panel that only he could see appeared.

He was checking the gains from absorbing Deliora.

Gengar's body, after being modified by Gar, was connected to a different dimension and also to the system.

As long as Gar willed it, anything swallowed would be absorbed by the system.

When collecting materials and Magic beasts for the origins of water and fire before, he had often instructed Gengar to 'eat' things.

As Deliora's flesh, blood, and Magic were absorbed by the system.

The collection progress of the origin representing the Evil Stone Plate instantly soared from 14% to 43%.

As for the other origins within Deliora.

They were used to supplement the system.

Besides exchanging for a few more galar particles and placing them in his space.

Gar used all the other origin energy to repair the system.

He checked the exchange space.

With the influx of a large amount of origin, there were more items in the exchange space.

[Point Exchange]

[Sky Tree Berry (A strange Berry that can blast enemies away, with a small range of damage): 500 points]

[Burning Oil Bottle (A glass bottle filled with gasoline, ignites easily): 500 points]

[Squirtle (Can manifest a Squirtle): 1000 points]

[Healing Orb (When equipped, increases HP recovery by 100%): 3000 points]

[Magic Crystal (When equipped, increases base Magic by 2.5 points): 3500 points]

[Amplification Tome (When equipped, increases spell power by 2%): 4000 points]

[Gengarite (A stone that allows Gengar to Mega Evolve): 4000 points]

[galar particle (Energy particle that allows Pokemon to undergo Super Giant Form): 7000 points]

[Broken Holy Grail (Increases spell power by 6%, increases Magic recovery speed by 25%, increases casting speed by 8%): 9000 points]

....

....

....

[Magic Flame Moon (Hot Binoche's staff, increases fire Magic power by 11%, has a chance to summon small meteorites when attacking): 43370 points]

[Eye of Sin (A ring refined from the Eye of Sin, the Lord of the Sky City, increases spell power by 2.4%, has a chance to apply Petrification to enemies when attacking): 50110 points]

Gar scanned it roughly, feeling a bit dazzled.

With the repair of a large amount of origin, there were more items available for point exchange.

However, things from various worlds were mixed together, and there was no sorting function. If he wanted to exchange for something, he could only go back and carefully look through the list and write it down for future exchanges.

But it also motivated Gar more.

He remembered when he first transmigrated and was carried back by Guild Master Makarov.

Even the most basic panel was half text and half garbled question marks.

After constantly pouring origin into it over the years, it had finally been repaired to a usable state.

Although such a large chunk of origin from Deliora was all put into the system, not a single point was left.

However, Deliora's skin and bones were still in the space.

If he refined the skin and bones of this Demon with high Magic resistance into Magic tools, he could exchange for things or materials far more valuable than what he gained from repairing the system.

Then, he would feed the exchanged items into the system, which would be another large amount of points.

Looking at the Magic staffs worth tens of thousands of points, Gar rubbed his chin. Were these all artifacts?

If he remembered correctly, there were also Legend, Epic, Mythical.... these levels later on.

Tsk....

Suddenly, he felt a little anticipation.

Wouldn't he be invincible when the system was repaired enough to exchange for items of that level?

He shook his head, shaking off the thoughts in his mind.

Gar looked at the town that had become a ruin, raised the Magic staff in his hand, and pointed it at the ground.

A silver-white Magic circle instantly appeared.

It spread from Gar's feet to cover the entire size of the town.

"Time Magic: Area Reversal."

At the location of the original building ruins, phantoms with ripples appeared. If one looked closely, they were the appearance of the original town before it was destroyed.

As the phantoms solidified, the building ruins on the ground began to move, strangely retreating.

They visibly restored to the appearance of the phantoms and merged with them, making it impossible to distinguish between the phantoms and the real buildings.

After a few seconds.

The giant silver-white Magic circle disappeared.

About three-quarters of the town was restored, but a quarter, such as the Town City here, could not be restored at all.

This area, due to the battle with Deliora.

Was the place with the strongest Magic fluctuations, and the building ruins did not even remain, they were all evaporated into nothingness.
