"Ugh... My head hurt..."
In the hospital, a young adult male with long black hair that could reach the end of his back and a dazzling golden eyes woke up from a serious accident. Judging by the multiple bandages applied on his entire body.
But the head part of his body is seems to be suffering the most than the injury and cut on his entire body. Covering the majority of his face, nose, ears and hair with bandages. It look's like someone smash his head with a baseball bat.
Clutching his head and trying to sit up from the hospital bed he was on. His eyes are still blurry from the long slumber and needed times to recover. He blinked his eyes multiple time and rubbed them with his other hand to adjust his blurry vision for recovery.
His vision slowly regaining their sight back and he finally able to sees the hospital room that he was resting in. He turn his head slowly and inspect the room he was in to try and understand where he is.
"Is this... A hospital room? And am I on a hospital bed right now? What's going on? Why am I here?" He was very confused at his situation and trying to remember what exactly happen to made him end up here.
Trying to recollect every memory that he could remember before he got admitted to the hospital. He remember that after a very long and exhausting hour of studying and working on a small project that was assign by his university teacher, he and his friend decided to have a barbecue party for dinner and while eating they also happily complain in their tired life at the university.
Who would have thought that university life is more tiresome than his high school life. If he have known it would be this stressful to be in an university, he should have never attended it.
But this is for the sake of his future and his family, so he can only gritted his teeth and hardened his resolve in accepting this stressful life. Plus, his family worked hard for him just to attend the university, so he must work hard to not disappoint them. The tuition fee is freaking ridiculous, why must it be this expensive just so a person to attend here?
After they done partying at the barbecue house, he wave goodbye to his friends and walked back home toward his rented apartment building which is just a few meters away from his current location. So he don't need to spend his money on an uber just get back to apartment.
On his way, he was stopped by the traffic and he had to wait for the traffic light to turn green before he could cross. When the light turn green, he and the other pedestrian cross the traffic and successfully made it to the end. But, something unexpected happen.
A little kid was running loose from his mother hand and rushed towards the traffic light that was starting to turn red. A balloon was loose from his hand and he probably wants to get it back. The mother who was on her phone soon realized that she was holding empty air started panicking and looked for her child everywhere.
Once her sight found her child, she started shouting toward her frantically to come back. To made things more worse, a truck was driving very fast heading towards the kids direction.
Everyone around was panicking seeing the truck was about to hit the kid. But he wasn't gonna let the child died, so without thinking any further, he jumped out and run towards the kid. Grabbing the kid by the back collar, he threw the kid backward and the kid was safe from getting hit. But he was unlucky, the truck swerve and directly slam into him.
After that, everything gone dark and before I knew it, I woke up on a hospital bed, covered from head to toe with bandages. Then he finally understood about the entire situation he's in.
"Damn, what a nasty accident I got myself into. I'm even surprised that I could survive getting hit by a truck. Cause I'm sure a direct hit would mean instant death, guess I'm one of those who are lucky to survive." He said that while looking at his bandage hand and gripped them to feel the grasping sensation.
"Sigh, anyway is there some kind of a call button for me to press to call anyone? All hospital should have those right? " He said while searching around for any call button.
But he stopped mid way when the door of the room open. His gaze shift towards the sliding door and looking at the door with anticipation. However, his anticipation gaze soon turned to bewilderness because the person that slide open the door was not a person at all.
It was a tiny robot that had a design of a rabbit, due to it having two long ears above it head. A large green glowing eyes on it face that looks like screen. The little robot even wore a nurse uniform and holding a large syringe needle in it hand.
Oh my god! That needle is huge!
But that's not what his attention was really on. His attention was on the tiny robot itself. A sense of familiarity appears in his mind like a bomb exploded when he saw the tiny robot because he recognize the design of this robot very well.
"A... A Bangboo?" His word caught in his mouth cause he was speechless upon seeing a real life bangboo walking in here with syringe in hand.
Bangboo are a fictional character that only be exist in the game known as 'Zenless Zone Zero', a famous gacha game that was made by famous gaming company Mihoyo, a company that are well known who had made many different famous video game like honkai impact, genshin impact, honkai star rail and zzz.
He play every major mobile game, including punishing gray raven, wuthering waves, arknights endfield and many other type of mobile game. He sometimes even play the game when he's free from his busy school life, it helps him relax like a lot. But Hoyoverse game are ones that got him hooked the most in any of the mobile game he played.
Although the gacha system can sometimes made his blood boiled, he still love playing them.
'Wait, if a bangboo wearing a nurse outfit is actually here in front of me, does that mean I actually gotten...?' He thought of this in his mind, realizing that his situation got even more complicated.
When that accident occurred, he didn't actually survive from getting by the truck, he was actual dead from getting hit by the truck. And he got reincarnated into zenless zone zero world by possessing the current owner of the body he's in.
He actually never thought that he would one day experience getting isekai to another world. He always thought that it was just some fictional concept for anime and cartoon, never expect that it actually real. Even reincarnated into a game world no less, don't know if he should be celebrating or complaining whether the world is just playing a nasty cruel joke with him.
Because every hoyoverse are a world fill with constant danger. A sentient force that ravage an advancing civilization, a cosmic god that eradicate your existence with a glance, the outer gods and many more. If he were in any of this world, he would be dead even before he could enjoy his new life. ZZZ is no better, it is also a dangerous world that are still surviving from a disaster called the hollow. Plus, monster known as the ethereal existed because of the hollow, causing the extinction of humanity imminent.
Sigh, right now he shouldn't overthink it. He just glad that he could live for another day. He'll have to think of a way to survive in this world.
The nurse bangboo who came into the room jumped up at the cabinet of the room and changing the flower. While the man is still sitting on the hospital bed watching the bangboo changed the flower, he snapped out of his shock and muster up his courage to communicate with the bangboo.
"Uh, excuse me."
"Ehn-Nah?" (Hm? What?) The bangboo said.
The bangboo stopped what it doing and turned around to looked at the man. Once it monitor screen eyes set upon him, the bangboo jumped up high in the air with a shock expression with both hand and leg wiggle like in the game.
"Ehn-na? Ehn-nana!( What in the world?! You're awake!) The bangboo said.
"Huh?! What!" He was shocked upon knowing he could understand the bangboo language. No, more accurately he could hear what the bangboo is talking about through the bangboo language it is speaking.
"Ehn-na! Eh Ehna-na!" (This is a miracle! You're actually awake! The doctor said that it would take at least a few years for you to awake from your coma!) The bangboo excitedly said.
"A coma?" He said.
"Eh-na! Eh-na nia!" (Stay here! I'm gonna call in the doctor!) The bangboo runs out the room with it hands wiggle like a snake.
"W-Wait! What's this about a coma..." He was trying to get his answer when he heard that he got into a coma in the body he's in. But the bangboo already left the area.
"Sigh~ There's goes my answer. The owner of this body got into a coma? Now that I think about it, why do this body looks so banged up? Did the owner also got hit by a truck like me?" He said while raise his hand and grip them.
"Hmm, since this is transmigration. What are the rules again?" He raised his hand on his chin and tries to remember the details.
He read a bunch of reincarnation and transmigration before his death, and there's a rule when transmigration that the body of the original owner must die first and the soul must leave the body for transmigrator to possess the body. While thinking, a light flicker upon his eyes. He raised his head and snapped out of thought, looking at the light screen in front of his eyes.

"An Advent Deck?! Oh my decade!" Jun eyes widen upon seeing that he pulled the Advent deck from the kamen rider Ryuki series. Kamen rider ryuki is one of his favorite series of the kamen rider franchise so his excitement was very valid. But it soon changed when seeing the deck was blank.
"It... blank?" Inspecting the deck seeing that there's no animal or monster symbol on the deck which is a proof of contract between the mirror rider and their monster. It being this blank means that this deck haven't made contract with the monster.
Jun grab the card and inspect the contract card in his hand. "This contract card... Do the system want me to catch a monster? But mirror monster only exist in the mirror world. ZZZ doesn't even supposed to have a mirror world. Otherwise, this world might have destroyed a long time ago."
Still confused on the blank deck, the system window popped up in front of his face to answer for Jun confusion.

After a few silence, he regain back his courage and looked at the deck with new resolve. "Well, I have experience death before so what wrong with experiencing another one. Alright then, if this is what I have to face, then there's nothing for me to complain about. Let's do it then, after I got out of here."
The system window popped up and Jun lift up the deck and the contract card into the inventory from the system. Just then, the door of his hospital room was open and there appeared a doctor wearing the standard doctor uniform with the stethoscope around his neck. Along with a few nurse and the same bangboo from earlier following behind him.
When the doctor sees Jun widely awake on the bed, he was very surprised, as an experience doctor he have witnessed multiple patients arriving in the hospital and each of those patients suffered major injuries that would took at least a few months or even years to heal.
Jun is not any different from the other patient, his injuries is very major and could took years to heal. But now, he's seeing the injured young adult now fully awaken from the coma and was now sitting comfortably on the hospital bed like it was nothing.
This is beyond his wildest imagination. There's no logic at all with what happening here. If there's one thing he could think about when seeing this is it a miracle.
"Ehna-Ehna na! ( See doctor! He really woke up!) The bangboo said to the doctor.
"Hmm, Indeed he is. Good afternoon Mr Himiya. We're glad that you have awaken from your coma. I'm sure you must be feeling confused on how you got in here. Rest assured, all your question shall be explained thoroughly." The doctor said with a very kind smile on his face.
And Jun, looking at the doctor face fully prepared on what he's gonna be saying. The cause of this new body tragedy will soon be revealed by the person in front of him right now.

Each rider lived in seperate world and follow their respective years. But when danger comes to their world, they would come together and face the threat together head on.
Kamen Rider Ryuki
The 3rd kamen rider from the heisei era. The series set in a battle royal tournament where all 13 kamen rider will be fighting to the death in a hidden world known as the mirror world, the world within the mirror or it other name the twisted world. By making a contract with the monster in the mirror world, they would gain the monster power and ability to fight in their battle. The rider can only participate in the tournament when they have the Advent Deck in their hand. As it not only the source of their power, but also the prove that they are the participant of the rider tournament. The point for this tournament are whoever the rider that are the last to stand, the victor shall claim any wish as their heart desired.
The tournament are very cruel and gruesome as the tournament not only put the rider at risked but to the ordinary as well. Kamen rider ryuki being the kind hearted guy himself, doesn't wish for any more bloodshed to befell onto the people.
