"Akia said to the queen, she had no idea who it was but she could sense the queens power regardless. Like she said to Ryun although she is blind but she can sense and see a being of higher power through thier soul core. "How can you tell ?"the queen finally spoke ,without fixing her bended posture, Akia smiled. "Your power is dangerous for me. You're bound to see death and life at the same time, all cruel punishment and blessing ."she said softly .
Only making the queen note that she was no ordinary commoner her son picked ."What is your name my dear ?"the queen asked her ,this time patting her shoulder so she could stand straight . "Joeng Akia, ma'am. And you are?"she replied and asked, the queen smiled . "Your masters mother -"
Before shd could continue introducing herself as the queen. Ryun showed up ,he quickly shook his head and put a finger on his mother's mouth to shut her up . "Ah I see you met my dead mother healer Joeng . Did she tell you about your soul core diminishing yet? My mother posseses such a powerful ability. " he chuckled in the end making his mother glare at him to remove his finger from her lips which he did ."No ,Master we were still introducing ourselves. I didn't know the master had family around my apologies for being rude with my words ,malady."Akia bowed again .
The queen liked this girl but she was worried for her son's quick attachment . She stopped her from bowing more, she held both of her shoulders and smiled at the beautiful girl with green eyes. "There is no need for apologies this early. You are my son's hand picked healer, I look forward to your diligence and abilities miss Joeng . " she said brushing away hair from the girls face with her hands . The girl nodded her head. As Ryun's mom, she turned to face him and said ,"Do not make this girl regret being here cause of you,okay ?"she warned and he nodded his head with a stiff smile. His mother was quick on things, she picked off that he doesn't want to use his status around her cause it may scare the poor girl and another is that she may not act as she is now . Which is ahat she was rooting for , a girl like her for her son .
She left and once her silhouette disappeared from her sons eyes he sighed in relief while Akia went back to the room he and chosen for her. She wanted to ask him why her room seemed to be closer to his but after wrecking her brain for reasons she was satisfied with the fact that he appointed her as a new healer for him. Today had been a long day. Ryun watched her retreating figure endged her room and she bowed her head before closing the doors. He sighed both in relief and anxiousness. He still had no idea how to come at hiding her identity now his own mother knew who she was and that worried him .
Meanwhile , in her recently closed room. Akia kneeled on the floor clutching her chest. What her masters mother said bothered her . No it didn't ,it was right on point. The reason why she drifted to sleep on the way here with her master was because her power was slowly withering . Even though she forced herself to believe it was because she was locked in prison for a week without proper care but it wasn't that at all . Her core had split to four parts. Each time she healed or bought back new life a part of her would die too . Is that why she was blind ? She asked herself but the pain got more and more unbearable she could only cry in muffled tears.
After what felt like a decade of pain from an arrowed wounded beast she dragged herself to drink water and let the wind wipe away her sweaty forehead and tears on her cheek . This meant two things for her, as her soul core changed to four parts rapidly she would now be always in a dilemma of life and death.
If she didn't thread lightly then she will die. The sunset and it turned dark,servants brought food to her room. She refused to dine with her master cause he would see that she was dying and she feared that he would discard her like she was nothing . Ryun didn't fight much ,only his mother converted with him about what she saw from Akia early .
"That means you have to save her or find the other parts of her power, she seems to be an anchor of something. " his mother trailed off as she spoke. Ryun knew that Akia was more than what met the eye. But he never imagined she would be an anchor with four parts that singularly needed to be united through spiritual forms . Just who was this girl ? And how did she come to be alive till this day? His head was working overtime with questions he couldn't get answers from...
