Meanwhile, Isabella was sleeping soundly, her face peaceful and serene. She turned over in her bed and stretched lazily.
"Wow… I must have painted late into the night, so now I'm waking up late!" she gasped, realizing the time.
She stood up and walked over to the wardrobe, pulling out a stunning white dress. She held it against herself and looked in the mirror.
"Oh my God… this white dress makes me look so beautiful!"
She slipped into the elegant white garment, letting it flow around her like fresh snow. With effortless grace, she gathered her locks into a loose, messy bun, giving her a look of natural charm. She then descended the stairs.
"Oh, my angel, you are awake!" her father greeted warmly.
"Yes, Dad."
"Oh dear, you haven't even had breakfast yet! That simply won't do. Listen, I was thinking about getting you a personal assistant to help you with your daily tasks and work."
"There is no need for that right now, Dad," Isabella replied gently. "I just need to drop off some work and then I'll be back. I am going out to the party with Florence. She invited me."
"Oh, is that so?" Mr. Harrison's expression turned serious. "Wait, come sit beside me. Did you happen to know who exactly is celebrating today? Who is the host?"
"No," Isabella shook her head. "I think it's one of the actresses, that's all I know."
"Did you prepare any gifts?"
"No… she just told me to come along."
"Hmph, I see it clearly," her father said with a knowing look. "They just want to embarrass you. But do not worry. I have already prepared something for you. I will have someone send it over to the venue immediately. Just promise me you will be very careful around her."
"Yeah, Dad. I will.""I love you, Dad!" she said softly, wrapping her arms around him warmly. She hugged him tightly, then pulled away. "See you later."
Mr. Harrison watched her leave, a tender smile playing on his lips. "Sign… my baby has truly grown up," he murmured to himself. A sudden wave of emotion washed over him, and his expression turned slightly pained and nostalgic. "I only wish your mother were here to witness this moment…"Isabella made her way to the garage where the driver was already waiting respectfully.
"Good day, Miss Isabella. Which vehicle would you prefer to take today?"
"Just pick any one," she replied casually.
The driver smiled and opened the door for her. "Then let us take the Rolls-Royce Phantom, Miss. It is the most luxurious choice."
She stepped inside the magnificent black car, feeling the comfort and elegance surrounding her.
"Where are we heading, Miss?"
"To the exhibition center, that is where we are heading," she replied softly.Upon arriving at the exhibition center, she went straight to her manager's office. As soon as the manager saw her, he couldn't contain his excitement and practically screamed with joy.
"Oh, Isabella! My dear, you are my lucky star!" he exclaimed, beaming from ear to ear. "You simply won't believe what happened! All the paintings you displayed for the auction… they are all sold! Yes! Every single one is gone, and people are still asking for more! They are desperate to collaborate with you!"
"We have so many contracts waiting on the table right now!"
Isabella stood there completely stunned. This was the very first time she had ever published her work publicly, yet it had achieved such incredible success.
"Wow… that is truly amazing!" she whispered, still unable to believe her ears.
"Yes! Yes!" the manager cheered enthusiastically. "My baby, you are so incredibly talented and blessed! You are simply born for this!""Do you know the CJ Group?" the manager asked, his eyes sparkling. "Wow! They specifically want you to design a piece for their upcoming opening ceremony! It is for their grand product launch event that is coming up very soon."
"They are desperate to collaborate with you! And they are ready to pay a truly hefty sum of money for your work! Gosh, Isabella… I am begging you, please accept this! I never expected such big names to come personally seeking you out! They truly want you to design for their launch ceremony!"
"Oh, I actually just came over to check on a few pieces," Isabella said calmly. "Besides, I am attending a party with Florence tonight, so I will just wait here for her."
"Well, while I am waiting, let me take a look at the proposed contracts. I might as well sketch something out while her arrival," she said softly, picking up her pencil.
