After a few days since the discussion between Ashton and Lance, Ashton had decided to give Lance a trial month with dates and times together to see how well it would work as a relationship. And Lance agreed with his own addition. If they were compatible, Ashton would let Lance try to see if Ashton could get pregnant. Ashton agreed that if they lasted more than a month together, he would allow Lance to try. But nothing too crazy until then. Which would mean Lance would gather ideas until then. Ashton did appreciate that Lance would give him time to see if they would work in a relationship together, but he is scared of what Lance will do after.
Today, Ashton had managed to get to work without Lance at his heel. But that could change at any time. Lance had begun investigating who told anyone that he was dating someone working in the cafe. However, they wouldn't be wrong, since Lance and Ashton are currently going out on dates when they are free. But it still felt unsettled for Ashton, since Lance didn't know who told the public that Lance was in a committed relationship. Now, Ashton can focus on work and get through a shift. Or, that was how Ashton hoped today would go. Lance showed up when Ashton was at the cash register, when hardly anyone was in for both customers and coworkers. Ashton gave him a slight glare.
"I told you not to come when I'm working," Ashton scolded Lance. The other customers knew well who Lance was and were eavesdropping on them. The employees were close by and watching them with high interest. "And besides, you said you had to work, why are you here?"
"What?" Lance teased Ashton, tilting his head. Infuriating Ashton. "Can't I visit my boyfriend at his work?"
"Did you come here to pester me or what?" Ashton almost demanded, his cheeks going a slight red hue. "I am on the clock."
"Your shift is done, Ashton!" Stacey popped up from nowhere and ushered Ashton to the back door. "Go, go! I have things handled here!"
"What?!" Ashton barely had time to argue before Stacey shoved out the back door. Lance left and made his way around to the back. Stacey shoved Ashton out the back door and shut it, saying something about Ashton having the rest of the day off today as she left him in the alley with the door shut. "You gotta be kidding me."
"Looks like I have you to myself again," Lance teased, taking hold of Ashton by the waist and pulling him close. Ashton's hands landed on Lance's chest. "I finally get you back here alone again."
"You are such an ass to deal with, you know that, Lance," Ashton retorted, his face giving a faint blush tint across his cheeks. "I wanted to work in peace!"
"Yeah, but you have a partner and a date to get to today," Lance retorted. "So I am not letting you drop out of that, no matter what you have to do as far as work goes."
"You are so damn impatient," Aashton sighed. "And I need to get home and change."
"You can change on the way," Lance said, picking Ashton up in a princess carry.
"What the?!" Ashton squirmed. "Put me down, Lance!"
"No, you are coming with me," Lance stated as he carried Ashton to the entry of the alleyway. That's when a black limo came up and parked.
"You're kidding me."
"No, and you are going to change on the drive," Lance said as he got inside the limo and shut the door behind them both. "And I am going to watch."
"Perv," Ashton scolded Lance as he slid from Lance's lap to the limo seating. "Where's the extra clothes you set out anyway?"
"In the box there," Lance pointed at a box on the floor. Ashton opened it, then froze. The shirt was mesh, and the pants were a pair of jeans with rips and tears up the thighs. "We're going to a club."
