Fang Yue thought for a moment, then quietly sidled up to them.

Fang Yue, Xiong Da, and Wang Mangzi lay hidden.
Fang Yue had just come over and revealed his identity, so the three naturally joined forces. They formed a temporary alliance with a tacit understanding. Of course, whether they would immediately betray each other when faced with a crisis they couldn't handle was another question entirely.
For now, however, they shared a common interest, which was reason enough to team up.
