The room full of elders had been trying to maintain stern, serious expressions, but seeing the two of them enter like this, they couldn't stop the corners of their mouths from turning up.
Even Mr. Valentine, seated at the head of the room, squinted, nodded, and let a faint smile show in his eyes.
