Even after he got into the car, his deep, dark eyes remained fixed on her. His gaze looked as though it could swallow her whole.
Tsk, tsk! How could the usually gentle, handsome, and refined Mr. Winslow reveal an expression that so thoroughly ruined his immaculate image? Fearlessly, she shot him a wicked smile, raised her right hand to wave, and shouted, "Mr. Winslow! Drive safely! Safety first!"
Inside the car, Hannah Hughes sat in the passenger seat, wringing her hands. She felt as if her heart was about to leap out of her throat. It was hard to imagine that things had gone so smoothly. He was right beside her, so close.
It seemed to take all of her strength for Hannah to finally turn her head and look at Julian Winslow, who was focused on driving. "Mr. Winslow, thank you so much for today." Her tone was soft, as if coated in honey, incredibly seductive.
"You're welcome," Julian replied coolly.
