Seraphina Quinn's fingers tightened around her phone. Taking a steadying breath, she asked, "Do I need a reason to see you?"
"I'm very busy. I don't have time to waste on you. Just say what you need to over the phone."
Seraphina Quinn pressed her lips together and said coolly, "I want to be discharged from the hospital."
The moment she finished speaking, a man's cold baritone came from the other end. "You can be discharged, but you have to move back into The Shogun's Manor."
Making a strategic retreat, Seraphina Quinn conceded, "Fine."
Damian Fairchild was surprised. "Giving in so quickly?"
Seraphina Quinn retorted, "Do I have any better options? I can't be locked up like this for the rest of my life, can I?"
Damian Fairchild said, "Out with it. What is it you wanted to see me about?"
Seraphina Quinn thought for a moment. "I heard you've already dealt with Julian Ainsworth. Let the rest of the Ainsworth family go."
